My husband and I got two different flavored lattes and they both tasted the same with no flavor whatsoever. I'm not sure if the oatmilk was too overpowering or the coffee was burnt as well, but they were so bad. This was our first time here, but we won't be back to this one. Five Lakes is much better.
Coffee cups are never filled all the way and with the price of these drinks you would think you would at least get a full cup. The coffee lately has been burned every time I visit too. I usually go everyday and buy a minimum of 2 cups and I don't think I will be back. And we got a coupon on black Friday with an expiration date of 12/12 and the batista would not accept it saying they were only allowed to take them on black friday.. what is the point of passing them out after someone orders and not be able to use them?
I ordered two bagels and both were missing something I paid for. Its always a hit or miss here. The latte i got was a speciality one and tasted like a regular latte with no flavoring.

I used to go here ALL the time & stopped because of the poor service. Decided to give them another try this a.m. , after waiting for a very long time for the just one vehicle in front of me with a small order i finally pull forward to wait. Finally get half my order ..wait for the 2nd sandwich I ordered to be made..only to get home to find it didn't have anything on it. I guess they was in a hurry to serve the one other vehicle that arrived behind me. When I called to complain they said I could bring it back through..really didn't have the time. We try to support the businesses on this side of town but I feel they could do so much better. I'll stick with 5 Lakes coffee shop.

Employee Sabastion needs to learn better customer service skills. I had a bogo drink email that corporate sent me since I haven't been to a biggby since they don't send good deals anymore. Upon presenting it him, he said they don't take coupons like that. I said it's from corporate. He said they usually don't take them, then asked me to click the senders name to verify I was correct. Then I showed my biggby rewards barcode so I could get ONE point for the full price drink I paid for. I didn't expect TWO points. He agrued with me for a good 2-3 minutes saying since it's bogo they don't do that. I told him all other biggby's I have frequented in the past ALWAYS scan my card and I get that ONE point. I've been to at least 6 different locations in the region that accepted and gave points for the full-priced drink. In the end, he refused. Corporate was notified and I received a callback, talked to a CS representative and she added a point. I won't be returning to this location. I will send my loyalty to the other Sturgis location for future purchases.

Worst BIGGBY Iâve ever been to. Take the extra 5 minutes and drive to the other BIGGBY in Sturgis. Sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before getting a hello was told the point system wasnât working and after that they didnât say another word until I said I still want to order. Then when I went to the window they were rude as heck.. sat at the window for another few minutes without a hello and when they opened the window I noticed our drinks werenât even filled all the way and the whip cream was barely there.. they didnât even make my drink correct.. $15 for two crappy drinks is ridiculous BIGGBY and for crappy service they shouldnât be asking for tips either.

I am a regular customer of biggby on Nottawa, I think the old crew are great if ever I have an issue it's solved happily. However this morning I got my drink (same drink every time) the shots tasted burnt so I told the newer barista and she didn't say anything just pulled the drink out of my hand and shut the window. So I watched her re make it, and she didn't let the shots pull all the way before dumping them and handed me the drink without saying anything I said thank you. The second coffee tased like watered down ice. I don't like to complain and I was polite about the issue, I just wanted my drink to taste like it's supposed to when I'm spending $10 for it. I've only ran into the issue with the one barista. When it first started I thought it was bc she was new so I didn't say anything the first few times but I have said something maybe a handful of times and I have had to say something about my drink to this specific girl about it not tasting right and she gets the same attitude.

Just once I would like my order to be 100% correct I always order two extra shots in my drink because I don't like my drinks super sweet, sometimes it's correct sometimes it's super sweet , but lately I have been ordering a breakfast sandwich with my coffee, out of the last six times I've been there I don't think my order has been 100% correct they either forget to add the egg or they don't cut my sandwich in half even though I ask every single time and every single time they say they will, I had high hopes today that my order was going to be correct I was the only vehicle there and they were close this time, I guess I might have to start trying the other location across town hopefully they can do better.
