We eat here often and usually have no problems. Decided to go out tonight and the restaurant was not very busy. It took 10 minutes to get drink order and then another 10 minutes for the food order. Drinks came after about 15 min but the food never came. After 50 minutes I stood up and told the manager we had to leave. She offered to box our food to go for full price. Seriously? Not even a discount for waiting almost an hour. We won't be back soon.

The food was really good! Whoever is back there in the kitchen definitely knows what they are doing #epicfood BUT MY WAITRESS ohh my goodness she was so rude … she forgot my drink which is understandable, people forget things I get it ! But she was just so nasty. She didn’t give us straws which again I get it things can happen. But when I asked for my drink she told me it was right infront of me (it was not my drink it was my friend’s) then she never came to check up on us … which is fine I mean you don’t need to help me chew my food. But then when we asked for the bill she so rudely took my card and scratched me … (also she didn’t want to move a muscle… like so refusing to move) then at the end when she came to give us our cards she threw the card and pen at us . Meghan i am sorry if you had a bad day but what did i do ? Anyway food was good Meghan was just rude . I hope you have better days in the future Meghan

I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is terrible and people need to know it. I’m not from here but every time my partner and I order from here they always get the order wrong. Tonight we clearly ordered wings with sauce because isn’t that the whole point? lol anyways we ended up with no sauce and this is the SECOND time. If you go here just accept that your order will be made incorrectly.

My son and his friends stopped in after a highschool football game to get some food. They were treated horrible. They got there at 9:45pm they ordered and received their food in a timely fashion for a table of 9. But, they missed something on their order. Those boys waited for two hours for a burger that they ordered at 9:45pm. What's infuriating, is they waited for two hours but the staff were the ones with the attitude. When they received the burger it was 11:45pm totally ridiculous.
Didn’t get seated for 10 minutes. No hostess available. They’re too busy. Running takeout place is understaffed and way too. Loud food is just normal bar food. Nothing special

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waitress was Jasmine. Service was awful and they could not get my food order correct. Appetizer didn’t come out until the food which took over an hour and they had nobody in there.

I think they had some past issues they've overcome. We were seated immediately as were everyone I saw walk in the door. The service was prompt and excellent and the food was typical bdubs. We were there watching the games for about 4 hours and had a great time. Amanda is a great server and the manager was awesome at putting on the games we wanted to see.
