Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

We went through the drive thru for ice cream, we ordered 2 dipped cones and 1 regular cone. We had 1 vehicle ahead of us and once we ordered we sat there for a good 20 minutes before we got up to the window. When we got to the window they had our cones sitting on the counter melting so obviously they had been sitting there for awhile. One employee took our money and walked away and we continued to sit there another 5 minutes while our cones sat there melting even more, just so the employees could yell and argue with each other while we sat there waiting for our cones. We had to sit there listening to them fighting with each other. Not very professional at all, obviously the manager needs more training.

Drive through has been cash only for weeks with no signage posted anywhere so you don't know prior to being in the drive through.

Great place, clean, good food and service, friendly.

Sparse toppings on the banana split. Especially the chocolate. Practically none.
It gets less and less each time I go.
Raised the price too.
I wish we had a Baskin Robbins near me.

Stopped in for an ice cream. Got a peanut butter parfait. Perfectly balanced amount of chocolate, peanuts, and ice cream. Service was very friendly and quick. I was given a veterans discount without even asking for one (was wearing my USS ALBUQUERQUE (SSN-706) ball cap).
Table was clean as was the dining area.

Our server in the drive thru, Hispanic male, was very friendly and courteous.

The milkshakes and malts a really thick had a good value for the money they also have good deals on the combos.. customer service was excellent.. wait times for food minimal. Definitely a good change of pace

Drive through attendant was amazing

Went in and noticed that you can't sit anywhere inside and not see a TV screen. On these screens they show political propaganda via fox news. Won't be back
