Food was hot and order was correct. The best part was how pleasant the employees were they made our day better.

Great place, clean, good food and service, friendly.

Sparse toppings on the banana split. Especially the chocolate. Practically none.
It gets less and less each time I go.
Raised the price too.
I wish we had a Baskin Robbins near me.

Stopped in for an ice cream. Got a peanut butter parfait. Perfectly balanced amount of chocolate, peanuts, and ice cream. Service was very friendly and quick. I was given a veterans discount without even asking for one (was wearing my USS ALBUQUERQUE (SSN-706) ball cap).
Table was clean as was the dining area.

Our server in the drive thru, Hispanic male, was very friendly and courteous.

The milkshakes and malts a really thick had a good value for the money they also have good deals on the combos.. customer service was excellent.. wait times for food minimal. Definitely a good change of pace

Went in and noticed that you can't sit anywhere inside and not see a TV screen. On these screens they show political propaganda via fox news. Won't be back

Had multiple times where we ordered chicken strip baskets and had no gravy and soggy toast. Went through recently to ask a few questions and had some younger girl in the back laughing and being super unprofessional as if it’s a circus or something in the back. Very direct and rude toned staff that think everything is Funny. Would not recommend this DairyQueen in particular. January 13th 2025 Staff Sturgis Michigan.

Only posting after a number of less than satisfying visits. Our normal order is two Blizzards with extra toppings and we seem to be getting Blizzards with less than a normal amount of topping, much less extra. We have gone back in and voiced concern once and they did add, so we actually had extra topping. But it is a pain to have to go back in and ask for what should have been done in the first place. We are attaching photo's from a visit on 8-12-24 showing a propaganda picture of a Sniker's Blizzard and the actual product with supposedly extra Snicker. Even when we remind them up front when ordering, the toppings have been skimpy. Frustrating to see this trend.
