Usually hot. As in hot and now. However this visit was bad. Fries were cold fish was not as good as usual. Tossed the fries ate part of the fish. But you never knowMaybe help was having a bad day!!! Will try again someday!!!

I drove 3 hrs to get hot & now because it's no longer in my city of Pontiac Michigan I would love if u guys came back closer so I could enjoy it more often

I told a friend exactly the same thing…Generic cups, napkins, bags. Nothing about this place is the Hot ‘N Now you remember. I asked for FRESH…burger cold. Fries were fresh, but McD’s fries way better. Please don’t waste your time. The meat and bun is not what was used in past. This is NOT Hot ‘N Now…..Hot ‘N Now is dead! (Cold ‘N Then)

Big nostalgia hit. Looks just like it did 20 years ago. Similar menu, but no single olive twofer deal and prices are 5 to 10x what they were in the past. Burgers taste the same, which is to say average but not disagreeable. Staff are super friendly! It's worth going to say you did.
