Our feed was ready at 505 . We got there in the lobby was locked. I called to see how we were to pick up our food and I was told I had to wait in line. Our food was to be ready at 5:05. It is now 525 a cold dinner. if your lobby is closed, then maybe you should close your online ordering makes sense

Day old or longer biscuits, the chicken was undercooked and couldn't even get white meat extra crispy. I don't recommend going here . Dirty store your loose your suspension in the parking lot do to the enormous potholes.

If I could give this kfc in Sturgis MI negative stars I would! For $21 for 2 people to eat, the chicken was definitely reheated and days old… tasted so nasty and cold!! Even the mashed potatoes tasted like garbage!! My wife ended up getting food poisoning so that ruined our Christmas Day. I have no freaking clue how this place is still up and running in Sturgis!!

Tried 2 of the new wraps. The classic wrap was good and surprisingly the Mac and cheese one was good too.
Dirty environment, absolutely trash. I took an order for dashing at around 650 pm pick up was around 7 after waiting till 742!!!! I canceled the order because they kept laughing and joking and being inappropriate! I have YouTube footage on IOS Zesty YouTube and will continue to report problems

We are out of boneless chicken it will be at least 30 minutes! Imagine KFC with only nuggets or tenders! This is not the first time. They have forgotten the extra biscuits I paid for, served burnt biscuits, been told at 6:15 they had no more chicken and the list goes on. I couldn’t even order their $20 fill up as it had 4 pieces of chicken. If you feel lucky, hopeful and have time to waste try getting some chicken.
