News flash kfc your not culvers!!!! I ordered a famous bowl and a chicken sandwich. I refused to pull forward as your location is never busy! I’ve witness a manager getting upset an elderly couple came into eat and she said it loud enough for my teen daughter to hear also! She said ugh go somewhere else! Stop making your customers pull forward, there’s no reason!

Served the wrong style of chicken.They corrected that but chicken was cold & sitting in grease, potatoes cold, and coleslaw dry. Also another couple said they had to pay $2.50 for water! Won't go back.

We thought the chicken was small as our thighs wasnt 2 bites worth. Bee going to KFC 50 years but changed to rotisserie chicken AND MISSING KFC but they don't seem to care what customers tell them for small improvements. Will go back in few months to see IF any improvements happen! So 😢

Disrespectful manager and employees charge me over $3 for a water and I asked for all dark in my family meal. And and they gave me all white very snarky and disrespectful... I also asked for a refund on the water.Because I was absolutely not paying three dollars for a tap water. which they did not want to give me my refund for. And then they kept my receipt. The KFC where I live close down about a year ago. So I come to the one here once in a while to get my fix. I will never come back.
