The quality of the food has gone down significantly in the last 5 or so years. Pizza is not what is once was and the crazy bread is even less so, all bread, to flavor.

Placed an online order, we only live 18 min away. But somehow none of it tasted “fresh” but the cheese and pep were for my kids so they didn’t mind if it was mainly cold. The breadsticks weren’t fluffy and more dull like they had been sitting for minute. The thin crust I ordered for myself was very obviously tossed in the box and anytime I tried to pull a piece apart it just ripped/fell apart making it inedible. The manager was nice enough to refund that pizza (that’s all I cared for as the other pizzas did get ate) he apologized and said someone new was working. Probably would not recommend

4:45pm on a Wednesday and literally not one grab and go in any of the lockers. Four people waiting in lobby, no one was greeted. I didn't get anything and spent nothing. Either order ahead or call five star.

I have to say every other experience I've had here was not a positive or happy one. However today I was pleasantly surprised by Jacob whom I believe is the manager. Had an issue with my pizza and had it taken care of quickly and efficiently. He was polite and helpful a refreshing change from the usual employees.

This store couldn't reliable produce decent food if their lives depended on it! I don't think they even know, or care, what decent food is, let alone good food. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza that was just a plain crust that they buttered and dumped a bunch of salt on. Our 2 topping pizza was supposed to be split, half w/pepperoni & mushrooms, half w/pepperoni & sausage. Well, the poor dears that work there apparently never got the chance to go to school long enough to know what a half means. Mushrooms only made it over just 2 1/2 pieces, while the sausage traveled over the halfway point to cover another piece, too. And let's not forget the burnt puffs that just topped things off. If I already was feeling well due to allergies, I would have taken everything right back to the store. We have already cut back on ordering from this store because of these types of issues, and now I may be done for a very long time. When the young people working there have time to goof around and talk with each other while producing bad food, something has to change!

Been a couple times trying Little Caesars expecting a Hot-N-Ready pizza. What I got was more like Cold-and-Wait — for over an hour. At this point, I think my pizza took a detour to Italy before it showed up.
If you’re looking for a way to practice patience, this is your place. If you want pizza… maybe try a magic trick instead, because apparently, Hot-N-Ready means “ready whenever the stars align.” Definitely won’t be back, unless I’m craving a comedy show with my dinner.
As a doordasher this place is always behind and I have personally had waits of 45+ minutes

Had to cancel my order that was placed over 2 hours prior to canceling. My order wasnt even in the oven yet when I came to pick it up. The lady at the front said the app doesn't show a wait time but the wait time was 2 hrs. Meanwhile Employees sitting around and chatting it up in the back. Poor management and leadership in that building. Garbage

Placed an online order two hours before hand and got to the store at 7:00 and the pizza still wasn’t in the oven. Employees sitting on boxes. You have some special people working there if they can’t get two pizzas and two bread sticks in two hours and no hot n ready!! If I could give them a zero rating I would!!!
