Had to cancel my order that was placed over 2 hours prior to canceling. My order wasnt even in the oven yet when I came to pick it up. The lady at the front said the app doesn't show a wait time but the wait time was 2 hrs. Meanwhile Employees sitting around and chatting it up in the back. Poor management and leadership in that building. Garbage

Placed an online order two hours before hand and got to the store at 7:00 and the pizza still wasn’t in the oven. Employees sitting on boxes. You have some special people working there if they can’t get two pizzas and two bread sticks in two hours and no hot n ready!! If I could give them a zero rating I would!!!

Ordered a Cheese pizza and Crazy bread. Waited over 25 minutes and still wasn't ready. Was told it would be 15 min. Some guy walks in after ordering my pizza about 10 minutes after being there. Apparently he works there. So he goes in the back makes his pizza and puts it in front of everyone else. So he walks back outside then walks back in and start helping put bread sticks in the bags. Does wash his hands while he sets there playing with his greasy haid trying to put his hoodie on since hair wasn't tied up. Then after me setting there for 25 minutes he walks up to the counter scans his pizza in and bread sticks. I thought it was my order. He looks at me and says this is mine. So I walked out the door and cooled off for a minute. Walk back in and asked for a manger. I asked her why some greaser can walk in place his order while I'm setting there and pays for it with cash because another older female rag him up so he could get his discount. The younger manager girl looks at me and says online orders come first. I explained to her again what happen and she says the same thing to me. What ever happen to customer service. She's only there for an excuse and a paycheck. Is all they ccoukd tell me is online orders come first. Demanded my money back. Make sure you pay cash the because they supposedly don't know how to do a refund. The worst expenses ever. Poor management.

Just was at the Sturgis Mi location there was a out eight people waiting and no one was working the counter. Someone went I the back asked for help. They said they were too busy to help. All of us who were waiting left. Never have I been treated this way. I know they have good food but they are lossing business and getting a bad name. Plus their not answering phone calls

Talk about the laziest people and clueless. I ordered my pizza and breadsticks for kiosk pick up. The girl who was supposed to put them in the kiosk just decided to not I was in the parking lot when I got the text my pizzas and bread sticks where done. I stood in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting to get help then they left me and 5 other people also waiting just standing there for our food while it sat on the counter in back getting cold. I finally expressed my disappointment loudly and clearly what I thought of the people in charge which got me nothing but glares how dare I. I welcomed the confrontation but she was no.match for someone who worked. Another manager took care of me and it seemed to help the others waiting . But seriously sad
