I don't typically have any issues with this location, which is why I only changed my original review to 3 stars. We ordered via the mobile app today at 538pm for a pickup time of 630pm. We drove from 20 minutes away and arrived around 615pm. We waited in the vehicle until 630 and then my husband went in. Our order wasn't ready so he came back out. He went back in around 640 and it still wasn't ready.

Ordered a stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni on half, they put pepperoni on the whole thing (not a huge deal). But then the stuffed crust barely had anything in it! $16 for a “custom pizza”?

Good pizza at a fair price, I highly recommend using the app to order and pick up your pizza, it cuts down on miscommunication but make sure you grab any extra items that aren’t in the oven like pop or dipping sauces. I’ve never had bad or rude service but I’m also a big believer in treating people as you would like to be treated and I feel like that has a lot to do with it.
