I frequent this location and I hate to be the one who sits in drive thru running that timer up, but ALWAYS check your bag before leaving. I'd say 1 out of 10 times it will be right. They even argued with me about replacing the sandwich they messed up. After Morgan stated they'd replace the other manager stated he couldn't remake unless Morgan was there? That makes sense. My meals are dependant upon her schedule? Make that make sense. YOUR team made a mistake. Always falls on the managers shoulders. Get it? That's how things work bud. So own up to your mistake and fix it. I've never dealt with something like and I've been working as an rgm in fast food for the last 19 years. Thought I had seen it all. Till then. Lol. They did end up remaking it once I spoke with the assistant and explained that's not how things work. I should be paid for the training. LOL. Double and triple check those bags mcds! You'll get it.

For starters I waited at the counter for 8 minutes total, I had to actually ask for help before I could get help. Then they got my order wrong I noticed on the receipt so I told her then it was still even wrong when I got it and then I didn't get my coffee. This is total chaos. And when is it that you can't post pictures anymore because I definitely need to post a picture of what I got. It's laughable

The wait time at this location is absurd. Every single time. They refuse to pull people forward when their food isn't ready causing huge wait times. Tried again today, spent 35 minutes in the drive through so far and still have not paid. This is the worst mcdonalds ever. How is this place still in business and how the hell does the manager still have a job???
Told them at the order machine and when I got my burger that it was supposed to be PLAIN. They gave me another burger with full dressings. How stupid do you have to be?! I can understand messing up the first time, but WHEN I TELL YOU AT THE WINDOW IT WAS WRONG, FIX IT!

In a pinch it's alright. Drive thru is always busy so if you're in a rush it's the last place to go because you still have to wait a while.

So, the food and drinks were fine but I could not get past how dirty it was inside. There were grease footprints all over the floor, tables with trash that hadn't been cleaned, and french fries all over the floor.
