This is probably the worst McDonald's I've been to. Messed up my entire order. When I got home I was missing my biscuit on my big breakfast. Then instead of scrambled eggs the just chopped up the folded egg. I ask the old lady at the window was this correct and she got an attitude about it never going back here. Ended up throwing it all away and ordering Wendy's

This isn't the first time this has happened even in the last couple days my fiance gets out after one am. I was even on speaker when he ordered so I could know that he ordered correctly. I have an egg white allergy which he explains when he takes off the mayo on my sandwich. However they also won't cook fish at this time. And they still put mayo on my chicken sandwich and one chicken sandwich was overdone and one was way undercooked. Thank you McDonald's for making me sick when I don't have insurance. They also didn't cook my fiances burger it's very red in the middle hoping he doesn't get sick too. I will be in in the morning for a report or something bc this isn't ok to keep doing to people and it doesn't happen as often during the day. Also sorry had to put this on here public but they disconnected their phone or send it straight to voicemail so there is no one to voice these concerns to atm. I want my allergy medical bills paid for this and the last time at least just isn't ok to keep doing to people. Almost broke my tooth on the overdo chicken too. If there's something wrong with that tooth I want that paid for too.

I ordered two grinch meals tonight got all the way home I had no shaker bags nor pickle salt what a disappointment then tried calling and I get the cellular customer is not available at this time I called the number online and this is what it tells me. Then I open my Big Mac and the meat killed like it was mangled no big deal e we just chalked it up to someone didn’t want to work today so they took our out on the customers.

Everything is so slow. Drive through literally took 30 minutes to get through. 11am on Dec 4th the people you had working the windows were beyond slow and rude.

Edit: It got much worse. I wrote that review while waiting because it took so long. Right after writing I watched the lady handing out food put her hands down the back of her pants, stuff the trash down with her hands, and then handle my food all without gloves or cleaning, absolutely disgusting. After getting food, I didn’t get the promo items I ordered, my food was stone cold, and my burger was done completely wrong. I wasted 30 minutes waiting for food I can’t even eat. This was horrible.

What’s up with not putting napkins in the bag anymore? This is the 3rd time I’ve come thru the drive-thru and didn’t get napkins. Also, fries out of the fryer go bad/cold after 7 minutes. This is also the 3rd time where my fries have been cold, and this was at 11 AM during lunch! There’s no way cold fries should go out of that drive thru window.

always takes forever to get food out, can never manage to put any sauce in the bag whatsoever. trying to go through the drive thru anytime past 9pm is a nightmare.

Everyone always acts like I'm an inconvenience and they can't ever get the orders right. Spent 50 bucks and they left out 20 nuggets and half the order was cold and I didn't notice till I got back to work and handed everything out
