On our way back to Ohio, my 8-year-old daughter and I stopped at this Pizza Hut location for some one-on-one time after she spent a week at Miracle Camp. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we were seated right away by the server. Before ordering, we quickly stepped away to use the restroom.
While in the restroom, we suddenly heard loud arguing coming from the dining area. My daughter immediately covered her ears, visibly shaken and scared to return to our table. When we walked back out, we witnessed a disturbing scene: a female DoorDash driver was aggressively yelling at the male manager, repeatedly using profanity and calling him the R-word.
The manager remained as composed as he could under the circumstances. Though he did raise his voice, it was only to tell her to stop and that her behavior wouldn’t be tolerated. She ignored him and continued yelling until I finally stepped in and said, “Okay, that’s enough. I have a child here who’s terrified hearing all of this.”
The delivery driver shouted more obscenities and then stormed out. Immediately afterward, the manager told our server that our meal would be on the house. He personally came to our table to sincerely apologize for what we had just witnessed. A short while later, he returned again—this time with a cookie for us to take home, a small but thoughtful gesture that meant a lot.
This manager’s genuine concern for both his customers and his team was evident throughout. Though I didn’t get his name, he was working around noon on 7/25/25, and he absolutely deserves recognition for how he handled such a difficult situation. We were deeply impressed by his professionalism and kindness, and we will definitely return the next time we’re in the area. The food was also so fresh and delicious!!

Long story short, pizza ordered took over an hour when told 30 minutes. Only to arrive cold and with a cat running around in the car of a door dasher (not in a pet carrier, but loose). I didn't contract with door dash. He apparently had 5 to deliver. Not sure what said cat was doing on all of our food whilst he was driving. I can tell you this...I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again. Cottage Inn or Freakin Pizza here we come!

Typical pizza hut but the folks who work there are not the nicest people. They treat costumers like they are an inconvenience. They would much rather stay behind the counter and talk to each other so loud you can hear their conversations at your table.

Went in to pick up a door dash. Worker refused to give me the order cause I had my service dog with me. Will never do business of any kind with them

I had to have a personal pan pizza! Oh wow! The best and worth the $6!

We loved all the food! Great wings and pizza! We ordered the stuffed crust pepperoni and it’s delicious! Wings were spicy too just the way we love it! Plenty of sauce too! Also ordered the garden salad and Buffalo salad great size! No brown lettuce which is a huge plus !!

We hadn’t eaten much all day, so we were starving. Pizza Hut it was. You can’t go wrong with pizza and this place has some good selections. The service wasn’t bad. We’d definitely order from here again.
