Order spicy chicken, I only order spicy chicken from these restaurant. It was regular chicken not spicy chicken, they tried to convince me it was spicy

Door dash has been waiting an hour. No one answered just to cancel order. It’s fine you’re short staffed- totally get it but don’t tell the driver it’ll be ready in two minutes 45 minutes ago.

I did drive-through and there are 2 windows at this location with no signs on what is what. We waited over 20 minutes and still they managed to get my order wrong. Ordered a ghost pepper chicken sandwich and a 6 piece wings with drinks and they screwed up the chicken sandwich and added bacon with cheese when I told them not to. We were still at the window and flagged one of them down and told the dude at the window, he dang he near had a break down. I said screw it and left. I do not recommend this place in Sturgis, MI unless your desperate. They need to get there stuff together.

I stop at Popeyes whenever I travel and this is by far the cleanest and friendliest Popeyes I've ever been to. I travel this route often and will be sure to always stop at this location.
