Terrible service from the moment I started ordering the cashier had an attitude and pushed me forward quickly, I got the total and it was surprising for 2 medium drinks so after I paid she handed me 3 drinks and I said I thought I just got the one to wich she replied no you said 2 in a very rude voice I turned to my girlfriend who said I only said 1 then she offered a refund in the rudest way possible and took zero accountability for her mistake I didn't take the refund for I didn't want to talk to her any longer

I love this place, if they have the stuff to make it, (why I'm only giving two stars) always out of something, there's literally a grocery store across the road, I'll take my service back to biggby if you don't want to serve

I’ve came to this sturgis Starbucks about 4 times total and every single time I get an employee who seems rather annoyed and is full on rude. Says "have a good day” and such but always seems forceful. I’m not saying they need to smile all the time but just makes me feel unwelcomed 🤣

I absolutely love my 2 girls here however everyone else is a bit rude and the fact they are ALWAYS out of lg cups is annoying. But then for them to say only people who do a mobile order can have large cups. Wtf... do better

Burrito was pitiful compared to most other Starbucks. If you like to pay $7 for a tortilla with a hint of egg and sausage then this is your store!
Cashier had "mother" visiting. Both were very rude and talking about the customers.

I placed my order thru drive thru and when I reached the window I realized they had only part of my order. I informed them of the missing drinks and a worker decided it was ok to swear at me thru the window, I informed the manager on duty and he defended his employees stating only 1 drink was heard and disregarded the fact I was cussed at.

I go to this location often. I always go inside to order and I never have any issues or concerns. Last week I arrived to pick up a mobile order and they said they didn’t have it. I had confirmation on my app that it had been received and they were working on it. The girl over the speaker was very nice, but her manager was not helpful in tone or with customer service. I left without my order and I was not offered an answer or a refund. I’m disheartened because this is my usual Starbucks. Service is so much better inside I guess.
