CHECK YOUR CHARGES. Was charged for two drinks when i only purchased one. Barista isn’t intelligent enough to add the extra charge back to your card and refused to help me. Told me to call customer service to get it back. Customer service tells me that is her responsibility. She refused to deposit the phony charge back when i went back up. Now i have to call my bank.

Rude disrespectful staff. Arrived today and I can’t have caffeine so my husband asked what drinks were available without caffeine? Smart ass girl said water and laughed (really wasn’t funny) and my husband responded real funny. Another girl in the background was laughing hysterically (again it wasn’t funny at all). I told my husband i don’t want a damn thing from here. He ordered a pike with cream and her response was our machine is broke. My husband said forget it then and her smart ass said whatever fine. Really? If your job is such a laugh and joke you might want to take some classes on customer service or get out of the business. Will never buy from Starbucks again. Other visits haven’t been good either. They must go to the farm to get the milk and drive the buggy back. Always takes 15-20 minutes to get an order of 1 drink. Not paying 8.00 for a drink to be treated rudely for 14 mins.

Terrible service from the moment I started ordering the cashier had an attitude and pushed me forward quickly, I got the total and it was surprising for 2 medium drinks so after I paid she handed me 3 drinks and I said I thought I just got the one to wich she replied no you said 2 in a very rude voice I turned to my girlfriend who said I only said 1 then she offered a refund in the rudest way possible and took zero accountability for her mistake I didn't take the refund for I didn't want to talk to her any longer
I love this place, if they have the stuff to make it, (why I'm only giving two stars) always out of something, there's literally a grocery store across the road, I'll take my service back to biggby if you don't want to serve

I’ve came to this sturgis Starbucks about 4 times total and every single time I get an employee who seems rather annoyed and is full on rude. Says "have a good day” and such but always seems forceful. I’m not saying they need to smile all the time but just makes me feel unwelcomed 🤣

I absolutely love my 2 girls here however everyone else is a bit rude and the fact they are ALWAYS out of lg cups is annoying. But then for them to say only people who do a mobile order can have large cups. Wtf... do better
