Twice i ha e went to the Walmart subway and twice i got no food! Waited 10 minutes both times. Ridiculous!! I will not try and give them my business again. The Walmart one

The manager on site got my mom elderly mother confused with another customer and yelled and threatened to call the police on her. My mom never did what she accused her of and I'm horribly disgusted and feeling very bad for my mom. I will never go to this establishment again.

Kanses that works in here is extremely rude. She refused service because my friend asked for her to change her gloves after she touched her butt while pulling her pants up. I walked out because her and the guy were extremely ridiculous with their attitudes. They were talking shit about my friend right in front of us. I walked out because I was extremely irritated and then said they can’t serve my friend ( who they didn’t even know we were with each other) because I was the rude one. Literally the only thing I said was, when the guy walked up to take my order was,” no I’m okay.” They told my friend, “we can’t serve you because you made a rude comment.” We weren’t rude one time and this is extremely unacceptable. I hope you have a talk with her about hygiene. I will never ever come back because the disrespect was insane.

went to go see if I could get a job, instead of talking to me like a human being, she was rude and disrespectful, and she's supposed to be the manager. I honestly don't want the job at this point cause if that's how u treat someone who's applying I don't even want to know how I would be treated if I was hired. then messages me out of the blue being even more rude. no wonder you're short staffed. got liars and rude people on your staffing. no one in their right mind would want to work with that.

I have to say I was not impressed at all. I waited 10min just for someone to come help me and then I ordered a cold cut sub and only received ham on my sub. The person who helped me just did not care about anything. I was very disappointed.

The customer service here is horrible this one employee who was serving she barely looked like she even wanted to work and was giving very bad attitude towards not just me, but other customers as well. While yes, the food is ok it's basically a microwaved sandwich not worth the service here. The Atmosphere is honestly abrupt and confusing there isn't even a focal point to look at.

Ordered online. Asked for oil and vinegar on the side. It was on the sandwich so by the time we got home with food, the bread was completely soggy. And there was so much mayo n mustard (ordered reg amount) he couldn't even eat the sandwich. Awful experience

Worst Subway Store Ever. They're stingy with vegetables, and served me ice cold eggs on my sandwich after I watched the guy feel them to check the temp. I guess the owner just doesn't care. I wouldn't recommend eating here to anyone. Hope they go under and get replaced by a Jimmy Johns

April called me and decided she was closing an hour early. I already placed the order and now I have to fight with the app to get my money back. Not sure why people are allowed to do whatever they want now, but okay.

At about 12:09 on 7/27/24, we waited at the counter for 10 minutes or more without employees attending at all before deciding to leave. There was no service at all; the employees were apparently just having casual conversation in the back, out of sight. There was also a tray of bread left out in the open, not put away, with a couple flies flying around it. That doesn't seem ideal.

The customer service from the girl with bleached white hair was awful. I don’t know if she was new or just stupid. I asked for double steak and she gave me half the scoop. When I corrected her on that she starting spitting some nonsense on how they are supposed to do it. Every subway location I’ve ever went to put full scoops when you asked for double. Same thing with the cheese. My order was a 12 inch, so it had to be 2 scoops of cheese instead of one. She got really annoyed and started arguing with me. Her manager steps in and tells her I was right. She never apologized. My daughter also told me that the same girl didn’t even greet her or respond to her hello. I suggest you hire a new worker because with that attitude she’s doing more harm than good.
