Owen & Jeremy did AMAZING tonight! Lately I get maybe 5 pieces of chicken in my chicken cantina tacos but tonight they put the exact amount that makes it perfect! Not too little, but not too much. Also all of my food was hot and fresh and each ingredient was fresh! LOVE IT!!! As a weekly consumer (I know, it’s bad) I am so thankful these two are now on the team because wow night and day difference. Buy these guys lunch, a raise, and a gift card because you guys won me back over Coldwater!

Ordered online, then picked up by going thru the drive-thru. Food is always good, and the staff is nice.

Informed the worker we were missing items, we were told we were trying to get free food by letting them know about the missing items. while trying to explain to the worker she rudely shut the window in our face mid sentence and left us without our items that we paid for. after Being accused of trying to get 2 tacos for free we were told to leave the drive thru without receiving our items or the money we paid for them.

Never been inside but the drive thru service has always been friendly and the wait in line during busy times is minimal. My orders have always been correct.
The new cinnabon mini 10 packs are good in the morning.. the new breakfast burritos are not bad either.... And you can customize them any way you want

They always forget something with our order and its always a larger item, it is every time without a miss. I'm honestly impressed at this point how they forget items every time, they give you the sauces for the item and then don't give you the food to go with it. I understood to an extent but it is LITERALLY every time now. Disappointing place.
