Just finished our dinner from here and was pleasantly surprised. This was the best Taco Bell we've in a LONG time. It was comparable to the quality of the 90's and 2000's, and that's a big compliment considering all fast food places have gone up in price and down in quality. The guy at the window gave friendly service as well. Thank you!

I just came from the Sturgis Taco Bell, and again in the last 2 weeks. Anything that I've ordered that I ask for it to have with no lettuce on, by the time I get home and see what I'm about to eat has lettuce on it? How hard is it, to READ a screen that says NO LETTUCE đ„Ź or No TOMATOES đ And then when I call to let them know that my order is messed up, they refuse to answer the phone. I called seven times in a row and it just rang and rang and rang, like they turned their ringer off!!! How rude is that?? I don't go there And say hey can you please mess my order up on purpose so I can waste my time, money and gas to come back to get it fixed properly. The saddest part of it all is the manager. Justin is the one handing the food out. Not making sure it is made correctly. Severely pissed off!!! All I ask is that my food is made correctly and fresh. Is it that hard???
The service was very slow my tacos were supposed to be Supreme however when I got them there was no sour cream so I went back and politely requested that they put sour cream on them and the guy got very rude when he took my tacos to remake them then when he gave them back to me he didn't remake them at all he just painted the outside of them with sour cream which pasted my tacos to the package instead of putting it inside the tacos.

The only good thing about our order was the amount of mild sauce they gave us. Our food was cold, and not even filled a decent amount. Barely at all honestly. The nacho fries had no seasoning on them, and the cheese was cold and nasty. I was also missing some food also. Can certainly say I wonât be back.

Ignored us, then had an attitude with us, then proceeded to say their card reader wasnât working just to get out of actually serving us. The girl at the speaker immediately had an attitude right off rip and interrupted us as we were trying to tell her we were waiting on them to take our order. Refused to serve us because of âattitudeâ but continued to talk over us when we tried to explain that we werenât at the speaker and didnât hear them say anything when we did make it up there to order.
