Just a few minutes drive away from chain coffee shops, this locally owed place provides quality with personality. Their drinks have been consistent and affordable, the ice cream selection is impressive and the staff are fantastic. I especially love the decorated cup papers. It is a personal touch. Highly recommend

The polar ice cream shop was really good with my friend Laverne. He bought the vanilla expresso. I had the waffle cone with a raspberry ice cream. And chocolate chips.

I'm only giving a 4 star on the actual ice cream. I'm not an Ashbys brand fan. The Parlor is clean, bright, and cheerful. It was pouring rain so we could not sit outdoors. They have an outdoor area with umbrella covered tables. I did not try any coffee products. I may do that next time.
