I order a biggie bag waited 20 mins for my food never got my food. Tried to asked to get my money back and they never gave me my food that I payed for or gave me my money back. I had to leave to make it back to work were I would not be late. They couldn't even give my money back for the food I never had.

This food is made to each order, yes it may take a few minutes longer to get it, but it's made fresh! If you don't like fresh go to McDonald's where it's sat under a light for 5 or 10 minutes if you're lucky!

OK i never leave reviews but WENDY'S FIX YOUR GD DRINK MACHINE/ICE MACHINE!! ITS BEEN LITERALLY 3 YEARS AND EVERY TIME I GO ...NO ICE! EVEN WORST WHEN I TAKE THE DRINK W OUT ICE ITS COMPLETELY FLAT! WHY EVEN SERVE DRINKS THEN? HOW HARD IS IT TO THROW AWAY THE NEW DRINK MACHINES THAT NEVER WORK AND GET TRADITIONAL FLUNTAIN THAT HAS WORKED FLAWLESSLY FOR 50+ YEARS?! it's insane you guys are still open with as trash as your owner must be! It's not workers fault it's Owner 💯

The worst. Was here like 2 months ago and still no ice in lobby. Inside smells so bad. The bathrooms are the worst. Smelled like this 2 months ago as well. The lady behind the counter stopped taking our order so she could get the guy in drive Thursday a frosty. Are you kidding me. Will never come back to Sturgis location. They need to close this location just like the rest.
