I got donut holes today and they had mold on them. It said they were prepared on October 8th and sell by October 10th (tomorrow) but they were already molding! Absolutely disgusting!! I would not recommend ever getting food here, they should be looked into by the health department!

Ordered an iced coffee, coffee was made incorrectly, (hazelnut instead of white lighting) brought coffee back and asked them to remake the coffee and they would not replace without charging me again. Will not be going to this biggby location again.

The Matcha is the nastiest Matcha I’ve ever drank in my life. It tastes like milk with a lot of sugar. I paid 7 dollars for that. Disgusting.

Came here on Feb,28,2025 Order a Mint Chip Creme Freeze add a chocolate chip cookie At 8:02am they was suppose to blend it but instead made the mint chip and just stuck a whole cookie in it at the End It was Horrible and not what I ask for .

Went here with my two daughters. Coffee was really good but also very expensive. For the three of us it was a little over $18. Compared to Starbucks or Dunkin Donuts, I would get coffee from Bigby.

My personal favorite is the "Tan Line" ?I get it frozen (blended) with extra WHIPPED cream added to it when they blend it...OMG ? ? ?. ....and they've got the WIFI

they’re always super friendly when i come to order, and they’ve even remembered my order once! even if it takes a little while to get though the line (expected since they probably only have so many people working at one time in such a small space) it makes it so worth it with how friendly they are and how good the coffee and food is. i look forward to coming to this location every time :) every employee that works there deserves a raise x10 each one of them are amazing and their energy is so rejuvenating
