Everything was great, communication, variety of food, nice employees. The set-up for luncheon went well and so did the clean- up. We will use Elegant Catering again.

3 weeks ago I called and he said he was heading up North, I asked if Sept 24th was availible and we briefly talked about cater my wedding. I Call him back when he told me he'd be home from up North and we talked about catering my wedding for September 24th and he said it was gonna be great and the food was gonna be amazing. (he doesnt offer taste testing)Then about 1 week later my soon to be husband called to ask about a deposit and he said we could come in Saturday at 1 o'clock and go over everything and put the deposit down. Well he just called me (the night before sat) and said that he couldn't find our file. He told me he was so unorganized that he'd have to call me back his words not mine. So he calls me back and says that he was in the hospital for a couple weeks (even though he told me he was on his way up North at that time)and that he can't find our file and that the date is already booked. I tried to explain to him that we have talked several times and that each time he has confirmed that date was available and and all he said was "well I'm booked i cant do 2 in a day" I try to explain to him that this has put me a few weeks behind on organizing my wedding and Before I could even finish the sentence he rudely hung up on me. I'm so disappointed cause he made it seem like my wedding was gonna be great with his catering service and now I'm stuck trying to find someone else short noticed.

They did a awesome job on the food i think the was very far price, staff was more then on top of the job. I will recommend them

Unfortunately we started well and that went to pretty bad. Owner became unresponsive as the day drew near causing several concerns and stress. The food was just okay. It was edible but not good. They were almost an hour late and the food didn't have time to heat due to the tardiness. I expected more for nearly $700 to feed 35 people.

Ernie and his crew do a nice job and offer a nice selection of foods, options, and presentations. He has whipped together several funeral dinners for our family and also supplied his wonderful meatballs to supplement a graduation open house.

I went to an open house for a senior last year and it was the best food out of all the open houses I went to.The owner is amazing! I am looking into having him cater for my daughter's open house next year.
