Have a do not deliver placed on my house and wasn’t provided a reason (told she needed ask her boss-?!) even though we always tip well and are generally nice people.

Hire friendlier staff that's second time I've. and a young woman that I talked to has no professional experience on how to talk to customers over phone ...maybe ya'll might think about retraining your staff better
