Customer service with this location is a consistent problem. Today for example, using the drive thru, I ordered a dinner with all legs and was told "sure, no problem". However, after waiting at the window for several long minutes before anyone even made contact with me, I was told there was only extra crispy chicken and no original recipe. I left without getting food or paying for it. If there was an issue with the type of chicken I ordered, maybe I should have been told as I was ordering. And, maybe you should at least make contact with your customers at the window in a timely manner. If you want chicken, or even KFC, I highly recommend making the drive to a different location.

The cashier charged us $20 for two of the $5 special after informing her that was wrong she got a standoffish attitude. Then the assistant manager came out and lied about her name and lied about being the top manager. After being lied to twice we decided we didn’t want to complete the order and wanted are money back mind you we never took possession of the food. The assistant manager than began to explain they can’t give refunds even though we hadn’t even touched the bag the food was in. Then the real manager got off the fryer and came to the front looking like a health code violation she reassured us that they can’t give refunds then after we said we will just have to have the police involved for theft. As I did not take possession of the food and they took possession of my money. Either way no one cares it’s the bottom of the barrel for customer service, quality. I will never visit another kfc as I will use the assistant managers “nia” fake name as a reminder. Make em wear name tags and watch the attitude disappear as there jobs should of long ago.

Rude staff overcharged us for there, meal deal then argued with us about refunding us for there mistake. #KFC Don't care. They have 2.5 stars that should already tell you what you need to know.

Ordered inside and took home.. only to find ..no gravy for the 2 large potatoes. This is the 2nd time in the last 3 visits. And the store is 20 minutes away. Won't be going back

Stacie is the absolute worst. Did not thank us did not greet us and did not tell us thanks for our visit. Was rude and short when taking our order. When handing us our food out the drive-through window did not even wish us a good day did not even check order or say anything. Terrible customer service!!! Just another reason to drive to Clio for a Big Chicken!

I had my boyfriend come up to get food tonight sence we just had a baby! I called back in regards to the chicken that was in my box and him missing sides out of his! The manager Jordon didn’t seem to care! Said they fold there wings! For the price we pay this is what we get!
