Chicken was undercooked, and bread around chicken was pouring out grease. Clearly they don't understand that they need to let the oil heat up all the way before they put the chicken in. Inside was filthy a literal layer of grease coated every surface and the smell was enough to make you gag. What a waste of 50$

I was really disappointed with this visit. They were about to close and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our chicken and logs. When I finally got my food, the chicken tasted like nothing but straight salt — it actually gave me a headache. After driving all the way home, I realized I didn’t even get a receipt, so I couldn’t request a refund. Honestly, the food ended up in the trash. It was such a letdown and not even something I’d give my dog.

First there was a guy smoking weed right outside the door! The employees could care less to help you. They are too busy talking! Not sure how they managed to over cook and make the chicken slimey at the same time, well they can! The biscuits also over cooked and hard! Do yourself a favor just take your money and throw it in the trash. Everyone just be fired or at least retrained.

Ordering online is pointless as they are never prepared and are yet to meet the pick-up time (or be within 15 minutes of it). This particular KFC will also forget to include something in your order EVERY SINGLE TIME (today they forgot all sauces and the gravy for mashed potatoes). With increased pricing and decreased service this location will not be frequented by my family any more. Look forward to seeing what takes KFC's place when it eventually closes its doors.

Waited 20 minutes for my order, no one was even In line nor drive thru, got a 3 piece tender fill up meal with potato’s and gravy. Finally receive my order, there is a bowl of gravy but no potatoes. So for my side, I got gravy…. For real?

20250711 I am so blessed to have such a great experience here considering all the bad reviews. Last minute decision to exit to get a snack for my pup. The young black lady at the drive thru was great. She even confirmed whether I wanted dark or white meat. The crispy fried chicken was hot amd crispy! It was delicious, as expected. I like KFC so much better then Popeyes, because KFC knows what 3 piece dark meat is. With Popeyes, I would get a drumstick, thigh and a wing... why did a wing become dark meat? At KFC, I got 2 thighs and a leg. Thank you!! And my pup ate and now I can give her the insulin.
Nothing like placing an order online 6 hours ahead of time only to have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes to then be told to go sit in the parking lot for another 15 minutes. Apparently there is just absolutely nothing you can do to get your food from this place in a decent amount of time

Been here waiting for my replacement order cause they did not give me my biscuits that I ordered and a side I come back and ask for the replacement and well I have been waiting like 10 mins this location is failing big time no customer should have to wait 10 plus mins for a replacement order I will not come back to this location again. This is ridiculous to have to wait this long for a replacement order

Every time i order food from this place they dont give me my ranch, they dont even give me my straws. Idk who is the manager there but someone needs to be fired. Dont know how to do a simple job. I work at jersey mikes and let me tell you i do so many online orders and never forget the utensils, sauce packets, etc. just shows how lazy this place is. 2.7 stars…really.

Did not receive any honey sauce for biscuits. Chicken breast extremely salty, even in the center. Mashed potatoes had a gray color on the top, probably sat under warmer too long, no flavor. Cole slaw? Excellant!!
