Waited 20 minutes for my order, no one was even In line nor drive thru, got a 3 piece tender fill up meal with potato’s and gravy. Finally receive my order, there is a bowl of gravy but no potatoes. So for my side, I got gravy…. For real?

20250711 I am so blessed to have such a great experience here considering all the bad reviews. Last minute decision to exit to get a snack for my pup. The young black lady at the drive thru was great. She even confirmed whether I wanted dark or white meat. The crispy fried chicken was hot amd crispy! It was delicious, as expected. I like KFC so much better then Popeyes, because KFC knows what 3 piece dark meat is. With Popeyes, I would get a drumstick, thigh and a wing... why did a wing become dark meat? At KFC, I got 2 thighs and a leg. Thank you!! And my pup ate and now I can give her the insulin.

Nothing like placing an order online 6 hours ahead of time only to have to sit in the Drive-Thru for 10 minutes to then be told to go sit in the parking lot for another 15 minutes. Apparently there is just absolutely nothing you can do to get your food from this place in a decent amount of time

Been here waiting for my replacement order cause they did not give me my biscuits that I ordered and a side I come back and ask for the replacement and well I have been waiting like 10 mins this location is failing big time no customer should have to wait 10 plus mins for a replacement order I will not come back to this location again. This is ridiculous to have to wait this long for a replacement order

Every time i order food from this place they dont give me my ranch, they dont even give me my straws. Idk who is the manager there but someone needs to be fired. Dont know how to do a simple job. I work at jersey mikes and let me tell you i do so many online orders and never forget the utensils, sauce packets, etc. just shows how lazy this place is. 2.7 stars…really.

Did not receive any honey sauce for biscuits. Chicken breast extremely salty, even in the center. Mashed potatoes had a gray color on the top, probably sat under warmer too long, no flavor. Cole slaw? Excellant!!

The chicken tenders are so small now and gross. I'm so heartbroken they ruined KFC! Our bucket of chicken was terrible, there was very little of any breading on it. Yuck

Drove 26 minutes round trip to pick up my on-line order. I received Over cooked, dried out, almost black chicken. Drive back for fresh and staff didn’t seem to concerned. The manager ( I’ll assume) yelled out give her a “ mini” !! chocolate cake! No apology ! No manager came up. Horrible customer service. I will start going back to the Owosso KFC. Next time I will read google reviews such as disregard for people’s time and money is obvious.
I've eaten there before how about 6 months ago we always enjoyed the eight piece for $10 we tried to 25.00 dinner of the chicken tenders and potato poppers and french fries and biscuits worst dinner we've ever experienced there plus there was something wrong with the biscuits and my wife caught it to.

Service was fast and friendly. This location is nowhere near my house, but I choose it because I know I will be taken care of with prompt, friendly service and great chicken! It is my dad's favorite,and the sides are always good as well! The biscuits were so soft!

Poor customer service followed by attitude followed by more poor customer service.. waited almost 25 minutes for my food and was given the attitude when expressed calm concern over freshness of meals, and then was sent away with out my fries. I was even given attitude when asking for them- “she said they’re in the bottom of your bag” they were not. The ease and quickness was nonexistent for this fast food order. & then my sandwich barely has sauce on it… I must add that the problem worker was the cook in the back. The drive through worker was kind through out this all.
