Was craving a Little Caesars stromboli and crazy bread. I was very disappointed!! My stromboli was dry. It should be greasy, buttery and covered with Parmesan. It was not! I recently had one from a different location and it was delicious! The crazy bread was cut in thin strips. It was hard and had very little butter and Parmesan as well. Crazy bread should be soft and pillowy. It should be soaked in butter and caked in Parmesan. Next time I'll just go out of my way to a different location. Very disappointing!

I was nervous about getting food here because of the bad reviews, but took the chance. The young redhead working there was friendly and the food was ready a couple of minutes early. We were happy with all the food we got. The Philly cheese puffs were especially good. I would definitely get food here again.

We ordered a pizza for pick up with half pepperoni half cheese, it looks like they screwed it up and put pepperonis on more than half and then realized what they did and then scraped the pepperonis off to one piece of pizza. It looks like finger marks on the cheese side to the one piece loaded with pepperonis. This place is nasty..

This place is always subpar. The pizza is dry and overcooked. Today however takes the cake. Ordered pizza 2 hours before I was to pick it up and when we got there not only was our pizza not done and had not even been started the lobby was full of people in the same position. The manager wouldn't come out of the back to take care of anything and left a poor kid who had just started to try to take care of it. I will NEVER go there again and will drive out of my way to get pizza elsewhere.

Come in today to pick up a dash and all the employees are touching food with their bare hands.. the red head working if making the pizzas and sticking her bare hands in all the toppings I don't care if you washed your hands before this is not sanitary and everyone should be using gloves!! Disgusting will never eat here again

I barely ever order a pizza but I decided to try so I Ordered a thin crust with 3 items, while cashing out the young man had the counter had difficulty counting my change, had to ask for my pizza after paying for it, got home opened the box and it basically looked like a mess of dough and cheese with barely any items on it let alone the majority of the pizza was stuck to the box. I’ll save my $15 next time and this place will not get me back for business. Management must be a mess by the way these kids they do their jobs. There has to be better options then this dump.

Have never got a pizza from here in under 25 minutes. They claim to always be busy but after waiting 25 minutes you see maybe one or two cars. That food also isn't that great!

Poor customer service. I ask for parmasean cheese and butter on my pizza all the time and every time I have to bring it back to get it on there and I pay for it. This time the lady tried to tell me it was on there and you can clearly see it wasnt. She got upset about it because I was telling her how often I do this. She storms to the back and comes back with these pizzas which is disgusting and because she was mad decided to serve this to me. I will be contacting corporate. You don't serve a dog pizzas like this with this much butter on them because you mad. Thanks to the young lady that took it upon herself to make me new Pizzas. I really don't understand how you could serve someone something that looks like you threw it against the wall then put it in a box. Their Crazy Bread are not consistent in quality and the puffs I received today were beyond terrible. Please have some pride in your work and think about how YOU would feel if you were served something that looked like the pics here. Making pizza in the State where Little Caesars began should be important since you represent the brand.

Store management needs to make sure ovens are working as they should and/or train staff how to operate them efficiently. The store seems clean, employees could do better at greeting customers - and that driveway and drive thru area needs the manager to get on fixing pavement/potholes!

Came in at 12 noon to get 2 hot and ready pizzas, place was empty. There was no hot and ready pizzas ready. There wasn’t even any in the oven. I had to wait 15-20 minutes to get my hot and ready pizzas. I thought the idea of hot and ready pizzas, was that they would be ready and you wouldn’t have to wait to get them? A second issue, when I went in to get my hot and ready pizzas that weren’t ready, the 2 young lady’s working were making pizzas, neither had gloves on and one of them was also working the cash register. That is disgusting, ever hear of hygiene and being sanitary? I’m throwing my pizzas away, I will never come back.

I can never get a hot and ready here. It’s either room temp (been sitting for hours) and ready OR hot and wait a half hour. More often than not it’s the latter. 🤷♀️ Maybe eliminate the “hot and ready” options and just make them regular menu items to regulate expectations so that it’s less disappointing.

My pizza had raw dough this is the third time. Most undercooked pizza I’ve ever seen. I order the pizza well done but they just can’t get it right. Then I’m told if you would like to come back we’ll replace it. That’s great but I’ve already done that twice. I’m home so how about be responsible and deliver it. I was told we can’t we’re having a rush right now. That was a lie, I was there five minutes ago waiting for my undercooked pizza and I was the only vehicle in the parking lot. Would give 0/5 would not recommend to my worst enemy.
