Called at 8:30 on a Sunday night, they told me no crazy bread, and all they were doing was hot and ready's . Then I had to order my hot and ready pizzas!!! Beyond ridiculous! You lost my business! I'm done ! You are open til 10 according to your site. Am I wrong?

We quit going to this location a couple of years ago because service and food were really bad. But lately, we decided to give it a try again. The manager is doing a great job, food and service has been excellent. People just need a little patience, because it's hard to keep work staff.

ZERO STARS if i couldOrdered on line. Waited 20 minutes past my pick up time. Was told it was just coming out of the oven. Waited another 20+ minutes. Noone came to the window. Finally called inside and was told AGAIN that it was just about done. Waited another 10 minutes. Finally was told they lost my order and I would get a refund in 2-3 business days. Not any offer or compensation for the mix up. Just a smack on the a$$ and told there was nothing they could do. Not even an offer fir a hot-n-ready.. nothing. Left frustrated and hungry and now waiting to see if I'll actually get a refund.

Little Caesars - Swartz CreekHORRIBLE customer service.TERRIBLE & COLD pizzas.Ordered online & paid 3 hours in advance.Arrived in lobby 5 minutes before pick-up time.No other customers - No pizzas in Portal dispenser.Had to ask girl at counter (who was clearly clueless and did NOT CARE)The girl said "it will be 10 minutes, my order is just now going into the oven".(that is only 5 minutes past my scheduled pick-up time).I sat in lobby and WAITED 30 minutes PAST my scheduled pick-up time.When my order was handed to me, I could feel the bottom pizza box was NOT warm.I notified the girl at counter and all she said was "it was sitting in the thing this whole time".She did NOT say sorry. She did NOT apologize. Called ahead 4 hours in advance for 9 pizzas. I showed up 5 minutes later than when I asked to pick them up.Upon arrival, the pizzas weren’t even done yet nor did they start them. I was told that they “were busy and other people came in”How is this place still open?

Was waiting patiently as the female cashier walked by me 6 times without a word helping a young man working there with her. They were confused about an order. He was openly carrying pepperoni in his hands while touching different registers. I watched him then go and put the same pepperoni on a pizza!! She then walked past me and said I will be with you in a minute and went to take out window and started taking that order. Mind you I had been there a good 5 minutes..she took their order and I said I've been waiting and was here first! She said oh we have to go back and forth to be fair! Be fair?? There wasn't anyone there but a guy in a chair . They had told him they lost his order they'd have to remake it. No sorry no nothing. Told her what she could do with her self very clearly and told them the guy with the tainted pepporoni was not acceptable and guy sitting should have a free pizza for their unprofessional uncaring way. I never did get my order in. I took my money elsewhere. I'll never walk on there again or refer anyone else too!!! There is no 0 zero for rating. Should be.
