Im a door dasher and very time I go to this location there's always a problem. Especially at night there's a manager that is a heavy set man with long hair and he is the worst person to have to deal, just two days ago I'm waiting for a order and after about 10 minutes of waiting for an employee to acknowledge me, he finally in a rude voice says we working on it now. Didn't even turn and look at me, that's when another employee said we're short staffed right now and I said well he still doesn't need to act like this towards customers so I asked to talk with the manager and she said well he is the manager, and I laughed and said well no wonder service is horrible with him for a boss and I definitely glad you guys aren't making my food. So I will never eat at this McDonald's location and really really hope I don't get any more door dash orders for that location either!

What happened to this McDonald's? They push using the app, but don't fulfill the orders. I waited over 20 minutes for just a diet coke (I ended up having to go inside and grab it myself). Yesterday, I was in line for a diet coke and a medium fry and was there for about 20 minutes - again (only 2 cars ahead of us). We were given the wrong drink TWICE. We had to park and walk in to get the correct order. That took another 5 minutes bc no one will help you inside. We just waited there for anyone to help us all while listening to the employees talk about how much they were messing up....AND IT WAS THE MANAGER.

I have autism and one of my autistic superpowers is pattern recognition. A pattern I've noticed about this location is specific to one certain employee/manager. He is a taller heavier set guy with long hair and very unclean shave. Every time he is working, there is a problem with my order rather it doesn't get brought out to the curb for curbside and after 10 minutes of waiting I have to go in to retrieve the order myself and he always seems dumbfounded like its his first day he doesn't even know McDonalds has mobile ordering, or I get no napkins, or a missing straw, or the wrong drink, its not always something or bad but when it is he is always the manager on duty when something does happen. Maybe he needs to spend some less time in the lobby flirting with high school age girls and focus on the job he is paid for.

Swartz Creek, MI location - Rude & unprofessional, young male with unkempt, blond, curly hair. He got the order totally wrong and became visibly annoyed as if it were our fault! He plopped the remake on the counter, walked off. Then sat the soda refill, with his entire hand over the top (Ugh!), on the counter and walked off! Since we don't know each other, there is only one reason to be this discourteous to us. I definitely intend to speak with someone.

I ordered 1 thing a double cheeseburger. They confirmed my order at the window handed me a bag I drove away got home opened the bag and it was a medium fry. This is why I hardly ever go to McDonald's.

Worst McDonald's ever! I will never go back. The wait times for the drive thru at night are horribly long. Most nights you can't use debit. Employees are rude and managers just don't seem to care if you have a legitimate complaint. I will happily take my business elsewhere.

They cooked plastic/paper into my burger. I took a bite and started chewing and felt something that I couldn’t chew in my mouth and pulled this out. Absolutely disgusting. I’ve tried called them but unfortunately after 14 calls no one has answered.
