Had to wait for food that could and should have been done. Waited for the food while others who came after us received theirs. Too much going on there. Maybe some more help at this establishment could help.

Slowest McDonald’s in Genesee county ABSOLUTELY horrible. Need to reprioritize maybe some new employees that can help them get with the program. And putting doordash last priority when those are the customers paying the most!

This mcdonalds used to be good but lately every order is screwed up. This time they forgot the sauce, food is cold and the sandwich was unwrapped falling apart in the bottom of the bag. Also the fries were half empty and soggy. Don't go here if you want food or KFC. Wendys is hit and miss now too and arbys seems alright but all the swartz creek food is garbage now.

Service was awful. I had to wait for my own phone to be cooked but only two little burgers when I still had to come in and grab it when he told me to bring out to bring it out to me and another person got stuck behind me got the food before I even did and then I started to wait 30 minutes for my phone

I returned the original food I bought because there were nasty pieces of the grill on my food. As I was waiting for someone to approach me, I saw a couple people texting on their cell phones, and others talking to each other. I was then approached by a very nice lady who understood my situation and helped me out to the fullest, and replaced the food that I had returned. Obviously, the younger people working there don’t have customer service at all especially when you’re waiting to be approached and there’s a line of 5-6 people. That’s ridiculous. Only good service I got was from the lady who just walked in on her shift and she helped the people in line as well.

How can you order a big breakfast then do not even include pancakes. It's SAD that people can't even read let alone add everything to your meal. This place is going down hill.
It's McDonald's you know what you are getting. you really don't deal with staff much since the service is irrelevant, since the installation of the kiosks.

I really like this mcdonalds, I drive out of my way from Flint to come here because the service is so good. But not too long ago I came here and had the absolute WORST service from some girl at the drive thru, her name is Hailey. She was so entitled and rude and I couldn’t believe it! I know this isn’t a 5 star restaraunt but jeez, her audacity. She was just so snide, I’m not sure if I’ll ever be back! The food was good though and fresh.

We had ordered two mcgriddle meals and some drinks. Turns out they screwed up our order twice and made us use another card because they can't charge for a second meal with the same card. Very unhappy about the service. Really slow and did not get the order right after explaining it a few times. Not coming back.Edit: the bacon was undercooked and could not be consumed! Wish I could have a refund!!!
