Terrible. Literally one worker. I ordered a French dip. It comes with au jus. She made the sandwich without telling me there was no au jus. Like that’s the whole point of the sandwich. This location should go out of business like all the others did. Go somewhere else, don’t waste your time.

Third and final attempt to get dinner here. I’ve driven out three separate times only to find the restaurant closed despite the posted hours saying it should be open. At this point, I’m done trying. Please update your hours so customers aren’t wasting their time and gas. At this point my family and I won’t be coming back.

Sad to see this placed closed until the 15th. I miss my weekly sub here on weds. They never opened when they said they would. I went here and they extended multiple weeks, I wonder if they'll even re open. Was good food, just would have been nice if they updated their phone and website store hours before I waste my time multiple times now. I was starting to Becone a regular.

Ordered a Honey Bacon Club and it was made incorrectly. I have ordered this from multiple other locations and it has NEVER been spicy. I couldn't even finish the sandwich .
Very unfortunate cause I was excited to try this place now that it opened but likely will not go back due to this.

I haven't eaten at a Quiznos in forever. Found this one when we were in Swartz Creek around dinnertime. It wasn't busy and the employee was patient while we decided on what to eat.

We were excited to try Quiznos in Swartz Creek after the company disappeared for so long. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment all the way around. Two meals was $30+. I ordered a sub that came with specific bread, and ordered a side of aus ju which was oddly an additional upcharge because it was advertised with it. When we got our food, the worker was nice and offered to remake them because she swapped breads by accident. We said that would not be necessary as we did not want it to go to waste. Then I was not given my side of aus ju... If you are going to be the only company that charges extra for the aus ju that goes with the sub its supposed to come with, then it should at least be provided. Otherwise charging people for food they dont get is a scam.
Once I unrolled the sub from the wrapper, i realized it was either not the right sub at all or a sauce was put on that was not shown and it was some type of rodeo sauce and the sub was drenched in it. So aus ju would never have gone with this sub because the bottom bun was already becoming soggy. 🤢 Steak subs that come with au jus typically dont have a sauce, let alone an overwhelming amount. My fiancee's sub had honey mustard and that too had an overwhelming amount. And unfortunately both went to waste despite we did not want that to happen but they were so gross that we couldnt bare it. On top of all of this, we were the only customers there, no excuse. We both left hungry, unsatisfied and frankly irritated at the overpriced mistakes made by the staffer.

Not the Quiznos experience I remember. About 20 years ago there was a quiznos near court and center rds which I frequented regularly when I worked in the area and remember fondly. Today I decided to give the new quiznos in creek a try. The sandwich was pretty excellent really. I had the honey bacon club. The bread was fresh and soft and the toppings were crisp and fresh as well. The little girl that waited on me was polite, respectful, and efficient enough, no complaints. The experience itself seemed lacking. Why is the oven pushed against the wall instead of front and center so that i can watch it go though and get toasted to perfection? Why are the toppings not right out in front so I can see my choices and watch it get made? Where is the pickles and pepper bar at the end of the counter? As others have said, prices are high and the menu board doesn't work. All in all, while the food was good, I hope they get they're act together and operate like a true quiznos soon. I think I'll really have to be jonesin' for another sub in order for me to come back anytime soon.
