The young workers there need an attitude adjustment. They are not entitled but need to stop and think before they open their mouth and be snotty to the customer. Word of mouth will kill your business. I won’t be back. Don’t blame the customer for what you, the worker, do wrong.

absolutely terrible. what a joke. my burrito was tiny, didnt get my extra potatoes (that were gross and stale, anyway) in my cheesy fiesta potatoes, and got almost no sauce in my nacho cheese. i paid 18 bucks. do not go here unless you want to regret eating out.

Sat in the drive thru for 20 mins & once I got home I opened the bag to find this. Where’s the rest of the tortilla? It was also supposed to be no tomato, good thing I’m not allergic. Honestly just embarrassing.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered a 5 layer beefy burrito, received a bean burrito. Ordered 6 tacos, all lettuce with a little cheese and even less meat. Ordered a crunch wrap, same as the tacos, very little meat, a lot of lettuce, some cheese and no crunch. Also ordered a cantina chicken bowl, was the only thing on order that was good. 36 dollars later I sit here disappointed and hungry. Just wrong!

Went through the drive-thru, the gentleman who took our order had a hard time comprehending what we were ordering. Then ended up getting it wrong. Ordered both tacos without lettuce. Only one came without lettuce. Then the burrito we got was wrong as well. A completely different burrito than what we ordered.
Once we got the food, the taste wasn’t so bad, but the chicken quesadilla was mainly just cheese. It had maybe 3 bites of chicken. And it wasn’t even cut. So trying to tear it apart was a whole mess in itself.
To put simply, wasn’t the best Taco Bell I’ve been to.

Sitting in drive thru, and watched the man in front of me get handed a bag. Pull away, and back up. Handed the bag back in, and get a new one.
I then pulled forward, and got the same exact bag that was just in some random truck handed to me.
No wonder they’re switching everything to AI now

I placed my order thru drive-thru, first of they messed my drink order up! They didn't give me my receipt or napkins! I didn't discover the drink was incorrect until I was driving away. So I drove back thru drive-thru to get that corrected, got a wrong drink again!!! I tried to check my order before I left but someone was behind me and the food was all poorly wrapped, so I couldn't tell that I was missing (4 items)! Got home and called SEVERAL times and it would just ring until it hung up! FINALLY someone answered and they said come up to get the rest of my order! Then when I got there the girl was rude to me and said that they don't give receipts unless asked for and then closed the window when I was still talking (I was being very polite) so I sat there until she finally opened the window again, she was extremely rude to me and again closed the window in my face! I will never go back there again!!! RUDE AND INCOMPLETES!!!
I ride a motorcycle. I tried to walk up and stand very politely off to the side trying to pick up my online order and they told me to get bent either come to the drive-through in a car or I can’t get my food that I paid for not my fault. Your dining room is closed for renovations. I spend a lot of money here unfortunately because I work so close I will not spend another dime. I will go across the street.

I tried to read write a review twice on this from the Swartz Creek Taco Bell, not only did they not prepare the food correctly it was cold, cinnamon twist had no cinnamon on it. And there was a lot of worker standing around so you would have thought somebody would have gotten this order correctly.
