I purchased a Dave’s double over a week ago and plowed it in a nearby grocery store parking lot and I still think about it to this day. Never mind the storefront hasn’t been updated since 1993, the food is fresh as Wendy’s has to offer and will stay with you for many years to come.

Decided to get off of highway I-69 with my husband because we were coming from Grand Rapids on our way back to Livonia and we wanted to Wendy’s so we went in lobby and bathrooms were clean but the management was very terrible. We told the nice polite lady up front that we wanted changes to our burgers and she rung us up for it in the system but somehow we got the complete opposite very ridiculous. And not to say my son was there 2 weeks in a row and order a single and opened and seen part of scrambled egg on his burger and came through the drive through about a week ago and got the wrong food , went in and told us the manger which is the black short lady we’re guessing gave him a attitude and just threw his food to him after she was done bagging it, now with an attitude like this how are you even allowed to be a manger , not only that while me and my husband were ordering the way she talks to employees is completely out of hand and she needs to be fired asap I also wouldn’t recommend eating here unless you want cross contaminated food.

Extremely poor customer service. None of the reviews have responses from an owner or manager so the tone seems to be set from the top. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend

Worse experience, order all screwed up, no ice, very sad that the manager and someone even higher, over heard all my issues, and did nothing, won’t be back

I had a baconator and that baconator did not bacon eat. I had diarrhea for weeks. My anus is completely ruined because of that burger. No to mention the heartburn. I feel like I might spontaneously combust.
I give the atmosphere a good rating because I ended up having diarrhea in their bathroom and it was very comfortable and I felt safe. Unfortunately the other person in the bathroom didn't but that's just not my problem Maybe don't put diarrhea drugs in your food.
Ps, I'm suing to pay for the repairs to my anus.

I've noticed a negative change in customer service, quality of food, cleanliness, and attitude. I get barked at to pull forward, then the guy comes out TALKING ON HIS CELL PHONE AND SMOKING HIS VAPE when handing me my food. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? This was the only good Wendy's in the area and it is being destroyed like the Hill Rd location was. You have to hire quality otherwise, everything suffers. You are losing your store.
Server seemed distracted but personable. He got our order partly wrong and also a sandwich was missing. Another worker was wearing his jeans halfway down his backside so undershorts were visible. Not cool and this fashion statement is over.

The drive-thru guy was pretty nice even though their drink so I don't want to give one star. However, this is my first time going to Wendy's since I moved to Michigan like 2 years ago and I was hyped on it. The second I finished my food I projectile vomited every single ounce of it. Exorcist style.
