Probably the worst Wendy's I have visited. Stale buns,luke warm burger and old nuggets. Drive-thru worker wouldn't answer questions and then proceeded to not give any sauce with nuggets.

During my last 4 visits, I have not had hot fries. Lukewarm in the car, cold when I get back to work, less than 10 minutes later. You would think, especially if the customer is only ordering a large fry, that they would check the temp or drop them fresh for the customer. Sadly it's been like that for the breakfast potatoes at this location as well. Wendy's has some of the best tasting potato offerings in fast food, unfortunately you would never know it from this location. I hope to be able to change this rating in the future. Compared to my Vienna Rd experience, this one is pretty meh.

Burgers are ALWAYS cold. Ordered the BLT chicken sandwich today & it had no tomato, cheese or bacon on it. This place SUCKS!!

Worker was super nice! She gave my baby cousin a free frostie right when we walked in. She also brought our food right to the table, and went out of her way to tell us “have a nice day” as we were leaving.

Regularly at this location, service is very slow and food is messed up. Customer service is bad. I have come here several times and been given attitude, waited 20 to 30 minutes with only one other person in line who also is made to wait a long time. My food is regularly messed up.

One time is fine, but when its a reoccurring problem I get upset. I really like wendys food but I will not be coming to this location anymore.

Restaurant was clean, but empty. Despite being the only customers and waiting quite some time for our order, the food and coffee was cold. The woman serving us didn’t greet or even speak to us during our transaction. I don’t have high expectations for fast food but this was a terrible experience.

Every time I go in to get a brownie batter swirl they give me a Oreo batter fusion. Very disappointed. I watched them make it and then overcharge me. It's pissing me off. If I could rate this out of 10 Stars it would still be one

I don’t know what happened to this particular Wendy’s, but it really needs to be fixed and someone higher up should look into it. The food quality has went down hill. The service even worse! The gentleman taking our order acted like it was the worst thing in the world to do. He acted as if we shouldn’t be there and god forbid we order. “What do you want” was how we were called to the register. Not a single person said hello. Really don’t feel like it is worth the drive to come out here anymore, and honestly not sure about coming back to Wendy’s at all If the company is ok with it.

I purchased a Dave’s double over a week ago and plowed it in a nearby grocery store parking lot and I still think about it to this day. Never mind the storefront hasn’t been updated since 1993, the food is fresh as Wendy’s has to offer and will stay with you for many years to come.
