I ordered a medium meat pizza a small pepperoni pizza the smallest antipasto salad they had and bread sticks. My bill was $63.00 I try really hard to support small businesses but when I feel they are taking advantage of us it makes it hard. When I go to Sams Italian restaurant I get a large meat pizza a large antipasto salad along with large order of samoritos and we all get a soda and I pay $54.00 and I always have extra to bring home. We love Zippy’s - so much that we actually burned ourselves out. Tonight, we were in the mood again. I noticed their chicken parm states ‘never frozen’ and baked fresh. I hate frozen chicken on my chicken parm, so I took the chance. It should say the pasta and sauce isn’t frozen but the 2 small chicken tenders are definitely frozen. Plus, they were tough. We added meat to the spaghetti so it was almost $18.00. For $2 more, I could’ve ordered Pestos and got freshly breaded. The description is very misleading & we wouldn’t get it again. Our pizza was also burned around the crust. We love the business and we love their pizza, but it seems like every where we go, we don’t get what we paid for & I’m tired of just not saying anything.

UPDATE: The owner was very kind and made this right. We will be back to give it another try, due to the great customer service.We’ve had good and bad experiences with Zippys before. I come back because of the garlic bites but after tonight I don’t think we will be back. One pizza was burnt (the photos are of the least burnt pieces I hadn’t already gotten rid of), one had hardly any toppings, and the garlic bites had so much garlic that no one in my family could eat them. We had to throw them all away. Huge disappointment. I will say, the parts of the pizza that had toppings and weren’t burnt were very good. But overall, not anywhere near worth the cost.
