We love Zippy’s - so much that we actually burned ourselves out. Tonight, we were in the mood again. I noticed their chicken parm states ‘never frozen’ and baked fresh. I hate frozen chicken on my chicken parm, so I took the chance. It should say the pasta and sauce isn’t frozen but the 2 small chicken tenders are definitely frozen. Plus, they were tough. We added meat to the spaghetti so it was almost $18.00. For $2 more, I could’ve ordered Pestos and got freshly breaded....
UPDATE: The owner was very kind and made this right. We will be back to give it another try, due to the great customer service.We’ve had good and bad experiences with Zippys before. I come back because of the garlic bites but after tonight I don’t think we will be back. One pizza was burnt (the photos are of the least burnt pieces I hadn’t already gotten rid of), one had hardly any toppings, and the garlic bites had so much garlic that no one in my family could eat them....
Made sure all food and sauces were in the bag. Prompt answering and service. Pizza was overall pretty good and the zippy twist. Wish the wings were tossed in the sauce. Could use a little more toppings but all and all was delicious! I did have a tiny piece of like a plastic bag or something on my pizza under the cheese but things happen! Would order again!
