I was very dissatisfied with my order. The cake was physically not appealing and it also did not taste great. It lacked everything I had asked for inside the cake. The cake tasted horrible. After cutting one slice of cake everything fell apart. Not to mention I still have majority of the cake still left because nobody wanted to eat it. I was not pleased with my order at all. Had such high hopes for this place since my friend recommended you guys, also based on your misleading photos and followers on insta. This was my very first time purchasing a cake from you guys and it will most definitely be my last.

After emailing Kristie, she was so excited to provide me an “amazing” cake for my daughters party. For $250 it was a plain pink cake with black scribbles, the fondant was like a plastic film and it completely fell apart to sand crumbs (no exaggeration) when cut into. Embarrassing, most people didn’t even eat it. Would never order from again and would never recommend. Would demand a refund but can’t be bothered. Don’t waste your money here!

They literally don't get back with the costumers I've have send her the picture of the cake that I wanted for my sons birthday upon her asking me to do so and she never got back with me I txted her 3 days later she said I was out of town so I called to speak to her she said I'll call you back in 15 minted never called back so disappointed with they service and now I have to take my business somewhere els where they actually care about the customers sadly I use to get all my cakes from Liz it's like her customer service is just getting lower and lower
