We went here for a carryout tonight (3/25/2023),after we got home we realized the guacamole we ordered wasn't in the bag. We called them and the owner said he would deliver the guac! Above and beyond customer service, he also added a bonus ceviche.Oh and the food was delicious!!!

I ordered nachos for dinner. I chose 2 levels...it was basically corn chips, liquid cheese sauce (not real cheese but processed) I had shredded chicken, lettuce, onions and refried beans. They charge you everything you put on it....it was god awful. They charged me $30 !!!! for fake cheese, lettuce, and some shredded chicken. There was very little refried beans on it. I have never in my entire life paid $30 for nachos...it was outrageous. DO NOT go to this restaurant...it is a rip off

Stopped in for my second time and had another phenomenal experience. Very friendly, attentive service. Quality of food is very high, with great flavor. Chips are hot and fresh tasting. Salsa has a lot of flavor. Hot sauce selection has a good variety with a LOT of flavor. The Orale Shrimp burritos was immense (size and flavor). Good amount of protein and was very flavorful.
Facilities are very clean.
Excited for future visits.

If Nabeel is waiting on your table, it's 5 stars. Great food, especially the Mexican pizza with fresh jalapenos. The spot is nothing fancy but the plants, decor, and ornaments bring a nice vibe to the place. The food usually takes a while to come out, but I'd say worth waiting for

We love to order from this restaurant! We placed an order on DoorDash for our favorite chicken enchiladas ( like none other) but somehow I forgot to push the correct button to get their amazing sauce. So when the food was delivered, we were so disappointed to see the mistake. I called the restaurant and explained the situation to the owner, Darryl (sp?) and he went above and beyond and not only delivered the sauce to our house, but it was accompanied by two of their restaurant mugs! Talk about super service! Their food is so authentic, fresh, clean and tasty and very reasonably priced. Be sure to try the key lime pie for dessert! My husband and I have eaten Mexican many places and this is without a doubt the best we have ever tasted! Give it a try and guaranteed, it will become your favorite too!
I had lunch here and the service was prompt and the meal was prepared with care and very tasty. It felt like visiting family and Teresa even welcomed me and sat at my table while we exchanged interesting conversation about Mexico and her experiences in the US. Darryl engaged in conversation and we talked about our travel adventures through the years. I’d definitely recommend Orale for an authentic home style Mexican meal with the atmosphere that match the welcoming home environment.

Food is delicious. Just a few strange things. Online ordering system is confusing. Cant see menu outside of business hours. 10% extra charge for carryout is unusual and weird. Are you trying to discourage carryout orders? Why do that when you don't have room to seat more than about 20 people. Without carryout you would close. The food is delicious.
