The food was quality, but definitely not authentic. I do not agree with the slogan here at all. Once again food was made with quality ingredients but had no flavor, rice and beans were bland. No knock on the servers or quality of service at all.
Since the owner left a personal bash in their response, and said that I am accustomed to “Amerimex” food I have to be brutally honest now. I am from salinas, ca born and raised, a largely immigrant and agricultural community. I know authentic Mexican food when I eat it. I myself am of Hispanic and Native American decent.
The Spanish rice oracle served was basically white rice with food coloring. The beans were basically mashed up pinto with no seasoning in it. The flour tortillas were definitely not homemade, mission tortillas basically, no jalepeno, no seasoning, IT WAS LITERALLY AMERIMEX.
Sorry but 99% of the people here probably wouldnt know the difference between real and Amerimex.
If you want authentic, go to plaza garibaldi, or western market in Detroit to get the real deal.
Delious food,services are good
One of the very best!!! Delicious, fresh. Authentic! Can't go wrong!
I tried Órale for the first time recently and picked up dinner—and honestly, I was impressed. The food was super fresh and flavorful, and I’m already thinking this might be my new go-to spot for Halal Mexican.
We ordered the chicken quesadillas and birria tacos. I really appreciate that everything on the menu is made with halal meat, so I didn’t have to second-guess what I could order.
One thing to keep in mind: since everything is made fresh, it does take a bit of time to get your food. But it’s absolutely worth the wait. You can taste the difference—nothing felt greasy or heavy, and the salsa especially tasted like it was just made. Even after eating, I didn’t feel bloated, which isn’t always the case with quesadillas or tacos.
If you’re into spicy food, just a heads-up: the spice level was on the milder side. I’m guessing they tone it down a bit for a wider crowd, but you can always ask for extra heat or add your own hot sauce.
Definitely planning to come back soon!
The girl taken order can’t comprehend when you tell her minus beans on a dish, but get there she says they made a mistake and tell you you have to pay half to have it change.
The best Mexican food in the area. Connoisseurs of Mexican Cuisine must try this place. The food and service are truly exceptional.

Super fresh mexican food! Food is great and so is the service. Would 100% recommend the quesobarria tacos and the steak tostados.

Excellent food and service! This was our first visit but certainly not the last! Chips & salsa were fabulous (chips were light, warm & flavorful), but the chicken enchilada was the show stopper. Probably the best I’ve ever had!
Amazing food. A bit pricier than it probably should be.
1st time here. Chips were warm and crunchy, the salsa was delicious. Just exactly right, it has a bit of a kick to it but not so much that you feel uncomfortable. It's very good.
My mexican pizza was delicious, very crispy, and tasty meat. My other first had the vegan burrito. It looked so colorful. she loved it. The service was excellent.
I really enjoyed eating there. The food was fresh & good. They had halal options too. Overall everything was great.
Love their food, very fresh, salsa is delicious, service can be slow, but food is worth the wait
