I always get a French Dip and they never send the au jus with it. This is the third time this has happened . How is it so hard to remember the dip in French dip

We ordered our meals and had to get a manager to change the price as it was not posted at the same price that it rang up as. After our meal we ordered two turnovers. The family went to the car as I waited and watched the KDS screen go to red and 10 minutes. The turnovers were sitting in the display case. The counter staff person was kind, friendly, and prompt to help. He also seemed new to the position. Three young staff persons did not help him and ignored the counter. They watched him struggle to know how to drop fries for a guest who came back with cold fries. The young male manager made revolving trips without taking any helpful actions. He even looked at the three drive through KDS (also red) and our to-go KDS (with turnovers sitting directly under the KDS. When he DID make it back to notice I’d been there 10 mins he asked what he could get ordered. I told him I just needed those turnovers. He started giving me excuses instead of just apologizing and getting them. He still didn’t get them. The young counter staff member turned to get them and apologized. There are some great training points in this review and I hope not only the GM but corporate notices because this is a brand new store with some service needs.

I rarely give 5 stars to any place... But this place deserves it!
I've been going here since it opened and I've never seen a friendlier staff, better quality food, and just genuine hospitable atmosphere.
Sometimes you have to wait but honestly for this service I'd camp out over night if I had to ^_^
God bless management for training their staff to give the best customer service I've ever seen :)
This is the only food place I know that serves EVERYTHING on the menu all the way until close. And I've never come across a team member on closing shift that acted like they really didn't wanna be there. The team members all seem to have a great time no matter what. This place has made my day in some of the toughest times I've ever gone through and I'm grateful for everyone there :)
So If you want good food and great service every time then come on down to Tecumseh Arby's. You won't regret it ;)

The other night I went to Arby’s and it was the first time I ever had amazing customer service. Every other time was mediocre. Let me just tell you, Skyler is absolutely amazing, the energy he brought was on point. He was beyond kind, helpful and made sure our order was correct. He is my new favorite person and I will be going back just to see him. He’s your best employee and needs a raise for the service he gave. Period!!

Every table was dirty. Food was TERRIBLE compared to the Arby's in Adrian; almost didn't recognize my order. I've never had a pool of grease at the bottom of my box. Disgusting, won't be returning.
