Ordered a French dip, got no dip, went back and got a dip that was so salty couldn’t use it. 2 beef n cheddars with a ball of meat in the middle of bun for $23 and of course you find out after getting home. These automated responses are a joke. Nobody takes responsibility anymore. 1 star because I love curly fries.

This is a new location and they are nicely decorated and well staff.
We were redid when we came in, they allowed us to take our time to order, and our food came out in no time flat.
Toyota four for $10 corned beef classic on the kiosk which we tried. Bonus is that we were there during their happy hour, 2:00 to 5:00, we're drinks and fries were only a dollar.
We will definitely be back and better than when we remember.

Check your bag every time before pulling away. I can only guarantee you that if you ask for horsey sauce, they will always confirm the request, then they will consistently NOT provide it. Every time. It’s not a big deal if you just check your bag before driving off. Expect them to not provide it.
We had to ask 3 times for missing stuff in our order and my Beef and Cheddar had what looked to be less than a pea size drop of Cheddar on it. It was also cold and stale.

I've been ordering the same thing at every Arby's I've ever been to for 20 years now. I tried to order the arbys melt and the manager told me that it only comes with 2 oz of meat and I should order the classic and add cheese sauce. I said no I'll just take the arbys melt it already co.e with cheese. When I got to the window they told me that they don't sell them anymore. So you explain the build of the sandwich, but won't sell it to me. So, I'm sorry but I left and won't be coming back. Which sucks because you lost a really regular customer. I'll just go to the Adrian location that knows what there doing.
