We ordered our meals and had to get a manager to change the price as it was not posted at the same price that it rang up as. After our meal we ordered two turnovers. The family went to the car as I waited and watched the KDS screen go to red and 10 minutes. The turnovers were sitting in the display case. The counter staff person was kind, friendly, and prompt to help. He also seemed new to the position. Three young staff persons did not help him and ignored the counter. They watched...

I rarely give 5 stars to any place...
But this place deserves it!
I've been going here since it opened and I've never seen a friendlier staff, better quality food, and just genuine hospitable atmosphere.
Sometimes you have to wait but honestly for this service I'd camp out over night if I had to ^_^
God bless management for training their staff to give the best customer service I've ever seen...

The other night I went to Arby’s and it was the first time I ever had amazing customer service. Every other time was mediocre. Let me just tell you, Skyler is absolutely amazing, the energy he brought was on point. He was beyond kind, helpful and made sure our order was correct. He is my new favorite person and I will be going back just to see him. He’s your best employee and needs a raise for the service he gave. Period!!
