Worst Burger King I ever been to waiting in the Drive-Thru about 20 minutes then left. It is always that way. They should close down. Can't even rate the food because I never got none .

The BK Lounge in Tecumseh is honestly one of the best BKs I've been to. I went through the drive and was greeted by, believe it or not....Grant....he was so energetic and sounded genuinely happy to take my order. They saved me a few dollars Linking my sandwiches into the 3 for $7 without me knowing. Very cool move. The boy in the window was also very pleasant. Jadis, I believe his name was. He had a southern accent and was so great. My food was fast, fresh and hot. Couldn't ask for a better experience in the drive thru. They asked if I needed a drink carrier and offered to send an employee to hold them for me on the ride home. Too funny.

Ordered on the app and I was missing cheese and onions on one whopper and missing ketchup and mustard on the one. Fries was not cooked done and missing onion rings. Workers was not helpful at all!

I just called up there and said my food tasted like it was made yesterday or at least like five hours ago before lunch even started and he said he would replace my fries but not my burger because he knows the burger was just made??? How are you gonna admit to making the fries yesterday this place needs to be shut down
We had to wait to get our food from the drive thru for 15 minutes to receive our food. Nobody was inside and only one car in front of us. They messed up are order. We ordered cheesy tots and got the jalapeno ones instead. Ordered a chicken sandwich with extra mayo, they barley put any on. And both large fries were cold with no salt at all. Asked for napkins because they didn't put any in the bag, they said sure at the window and never gave us any. And on my receipt they labeled the wrong type of pop I ordered. So slow!

They didn’t have anything available. Had their chicken fries, specifically the spicy ones advertising on rotation on their drive thru menu, said they discontinued then, then asked for chocolate shake and the shake machine was down. They were out of something else my husband asked for and as soon as they said “we are so sorry” he said just cancel the entire order. And we pulled off lol. 🤷♀️🤦♀️ sad because I had to go to Wendy’s which also isn’t great on any day 🤣
