They didn’t have anything available. Had their chicken fries, specifically the spicy ones advertising on rotation on their drive thru menu, said they discontinued then, then asked for chocolate shake and the shake machine was down. They were out of something else my husband asked for and as soon as they said “we are so sorry” he said just cancel the entire order. And we pulled off lol. 🤷♀️🤦♀️ sad because I had to go to Wendy’s which also isn’t great on any day 🤣

Ordered 3 meals drove all the way home to find they didn't give us our double whopper. So I tried calling 4 times. Each time I called it rang about 20 times then a automated voice came on asking for a pass code. So I had to drive all the way back to take care of their screw up. I overhead the manager say it was the 4th one that day!

The place was Very Dirty. Tables in dinner area were All dirty. The floors had debree everywhere. The bathroom was beyond being where I want to go the bathroom ... Dirty dirty dirty. Not sure why the Health depth hasn't shut you down. Understanding now why there was only one other customer while we ate....I say loosely. Neither of us finished out meal. Wouldn't recommend to anyone. I expected more from Tecumseh.

These fools cannot ADD or know how to use an App code. Since Kamen Dehaan, the manager, lol, claims to also be a high school drop out, TWICE, perhaps has no business being a manager at anything. Everytime I come to this specific location, another local flunky proves just how dumb the people really are in rural America. $8.99 should add up to $13.66 plus tax. IDIOTS and you'll just get treated like a fool. Thief! Losers that cannot do simple math!
Recently picked up breakfast for my wife and son at this location. I was greeted by Brittany (not sure of spelling), who was an exceptional employee. I was blown away with how she went out of the way to reorganize my order so that I saved money and how she was super friendly at the window when I cashed out and received my food. I asked her name so that I could leave this review because I want BK to know they hired a great one.If someone is looking for a solid employee with great customer service, go find Brittany.

We have been eating there for several years. Tonight we went and noticed 2 card ordering machines. And the person behind counter advised we had to order from them. He didn't have time for us.Guess what-we will not be going back. McDonalds did same a few years ago. Never been back.Glad Arby's is here!
