This has to get the award for worst pizzeria in MI. They served me a 2 slice lunch special, cold as ice. I like Jets, but I'll never stop here again.

Ordered a pizza slice and it was cold and didn’t taste the best. Apparently pizza slices are left out in the open.. not even in a box 🙄 the bathroom was also disgusting! Not even worth the $3!

Ordered pizza on line at 3:00 pm for a 5:30 pm pick up. Got there at 5:25 pm and was told my pizza is just coming out of the oven. 15 minutes later I was told they’ll check on my order. 5:50 pm I was told there was a mix up. I’ll get my pizza shortly as they were just making it. At 6:10 they brought my pizza out I think they should have offered me a free pizza next time. They it’s not going to happen. Another customer said he was tired of waiting and asked for his money back. If I order another pizza from this Tecumseh dealer, I will not prepay again so I’ll have the option of walking out. Nor will I tip again when I pick up my pizza. I’ll go back to Marco’s

The place is very dirty Tables are not wiped down. The children seats looks like they never been wiped down. Looking up at the ceilings they are so filled with grease that they look like they're almost painted brown. The air return vents and also the normal events that put air into the space are very dirty as well. Many of the lights in the ceiling have a lot of grease in them and they look like they're almost brown.The floors are dirty the walls are dirty. Looking back in the working area not very clean. The young lady that waited on me was very polite. All you need is about 12 hours and a rag with lots of degreaser and you can get that place looking really good. It's sad that people serve food out of here because it looks really bad.

I love Jets pizza. It's always a special treat for my family. However! 5/10/24, from Techumseh MI was a BIG disappointment. First, the man behind the counter had a personality of a rock. He must have been having a terrible day. He just walked away from me when I wanted my receipt. I'm always respectful and look people in the eye with a smile on my face. Not the counter man. Now, the pizza. The 4 corner pizza I got had absolutely no sauce! I'm not kidding. NONE! The sauce makes the pizza. For 2 small pizza's they could do much better. I will NEVER by pizza from this Techumseh Jets. ? I do however enjoy visiting other Techumseh establishments
Worst experience ever waited over an hour to be told the guy already returned like he delivered my pizza and was told happened more than once today.,.. very upset not cool

After eating here a few times, I have settled on a 3 star review. There were times when the service was sub par and times where it was excellent. The issue is that you never know what experience you are getting.

When a person orders a pizza that is advertised to have a deep dish crust you don’t confuse a person (not me) by offering other styles of crust only to end up with a round flavorless, unseasoned piece of cardboard. When I called the person who said he was a manager never offered to replace the pizza or even apologize. I will never buy from there again, thankfully Tecumseh had several other Quality pizza restaurants and I won’t have to. Time for Jets to go and bring back Hungry Howies!
