We ordered a pizza on 9-2-25 from Tecumseh Jets it was going to be delivered, 2 hours later I called, they said that my order was canceled because nobody from doordash picked it up ,without notification, very poor service, I should receive a free pizza. I will give them a zero rating, once again poor customer service.

we ordered a large plain cheese, pizza and half and the other half with three other toppings when we picked up the pizza it was obvious that it had been sitting there for a while. The plain cheese side was cold, and the cheese was kinda hard, not soft and melting the other side was like they threw the top three ingredients on and just warmed it up a little and sent it out because the green peppers on that were cold. The mushrooms were kind of rubbery. The pepperoni wasn’t hot or in any kind of melted cheese and it was picked up within 20 minutes. When I called the store to talk to the manager, her name is Zoe. She was less than polite she claimed that she made the pizza herself and that it was fresh and it was completely not fresh and when I said that instead of trying to figure out how to make it right, she hung up on me. They will not be in business for long at this rate. zero customer service so disappointing.

I watch the manger take back a pizza tonight and use it for a delivery order that is sick the health department should know about this
Hawaiian pizza was delicious but their deep dish 4 corner is a little pricey for what you get

If I could give this so called establishment/restaurant Zero Stars, I would. Jets has to be the most poorly managed business with the most incompetent employees employed. Ordered 2 calzones a pepperoni and a veggie. The pepperoni had almost no meat at all, and the veggie was mostly iceberg lettuce. And to make matters worse both had the bottoms of the of the sandwich burned! It was a reminder to not buy from Jets, but to continue to purchase all pizzas and subs from Marcos. We recently lost Wendy's and it is so unfortunate that Wendy's closed when Jets Pizza is the business that should have been shut down for having the worst food and customer service.

They entered my order in wrong and refused to remake it until someone fessed up to putting it in the machine wrong and told me if i refunded the card they would have to charge it a second time
