I called in an order for pickup. My total was around $30. When I arrived I gave the cashier a hundred dollar bill and she refused to take it. Said they don’t accept $100 bills. I was told if i wanted my pizza I would have to go get change and come back. I understand some businesses are short on change but if you don’t have $70 to give back then that’s a whole other issue in itself. Won’t be returning.

Ordered a few pizzas, boneless wings and bread. Went to pick it up and one of the pizzas was made incorrectly. They said they'd remake it. OK. I waited another 40 minutes for a medium pizza to be remade. So everything else was cold. And then the remade pizza was wrong again. In a different way.

This has got to be the worst marcos of them all. The staff is full of drama. Family members are supervising other family members. Staff is allowed to yell at other employees to the point customers can hear. Seems like management likes to bully other staff members and this Marcos has officially lost my business for good.

It is official Marcos is the worst choice for pizza! Second time within 6 months that we pick up a pizza and the crust is doughy and not cooked all the way. Going to file a report with the health dept. Not sure what is so difficult about making a pizza, and they were not even busy. They just do not care about quality!

The problem with Marcos is parking. There is a limited amount of parking especially since the Tavern opened next door, Those customers take up all the few spots infront of Marcos.

Gave this place another shot. Once again another disappointing experience. My order was ready when I arrived. Got the pizza, cheese bread, and cinnabread special. Get home with my order and it's missing the ranch dips I ordered with the pizza as well as the flavored crust I ordered. The pizza looked like it had been made an hour or so prior to me placing the order. Like someone ordered a similar pizza and they cancelled so they kept the pizza incase another person ordered it and I happened to be the unlucky recipient of that pizza. The boxes for both the cheese bread and cinnabread were completely coated in chocolate sauce so no matter what my hands get covered in chocolate sauce. This store is bad. Either the employees need to be retrained or this store needs completely new and competent management. Figure it out folks.
