When my son made a recent visit to this location instead of a small fry they gave him 4 fries scattered in the bag and they were lazy teens and did not apologize to us.

Waited forever!!! Then got home abs both sandwiches had burnt buns!!!!!!! You suck!! I very rarely eat at McDonald's because they suck so bad! Then they mess up our food so badly I should of went back and told them to keep their burnt messed up food!!!! They had us pull up and wait on top of it!!!! McDonald's I hope you go out of business for sucking so badly!!!!

Gives wrong food to our car. I finger thru it confused. Take a bite of fry, lady manager with a beard says “give that back to me you’re not getting all that”…like we didn’t ask for. Husband says can you even give that out again, “I’m gonna rebag it”…oh ok I literally just fingered it.

Two times now. We went in the first time we went in at 10:45 at night. They gave us cold hamburgers and cold fries. We didn't even eat them. We thought maybe it's because it's so late. So we go and buy the Grinch meal. The other night it was 10:15 we get our meals. We shoot home which is seconds away. Cold, Big Macs and cold fries. What the hell is going on at night at this location somebody needs to be in charge. These children you have working for you is not working. I'm sure I'm not the only one that got cold items

Ordered a drink through the kiosk. Asked an employee nearby if she could grab my cup. She declined, saying she was on her break. I can almost guarantee this would never have happened at Arby's! Better training, maybe?

The manager on site was completely unprovoked mind you unnecessarily rude throughout the whole experience aswell. I placed a mobile order on the app and paid for it and it wasn’t popping up on the screen so their solution was sitting there calling us basically dumb and then walking away in the MIDDLE of a conversation. I am absolutely disrespected, disappointed, and angry at the moment. Better service is needed. First time issue.
Was given two expired pies (last time time of holding) and my burger was supposed to only have pickle, but somehow everything was on it, with the onions spread between the bottom and middle of the sandwich.

The food was wonderful and the service was great tonight, but after I finished eating, I stopped by the restroom and as I was heading in, I noticed one of the managers walking out without washing their hands. Which I was just in utter disbelief, so unsanitary. I didn’t catch her name, however she had a very noticeable red dyed short hair. Definitely needs to be brought up…
