Food was horrible. Got a double bacon quarter pounder with cheese. Only had 1 piece of bacon and 1 piece of cheese. Meat was burnt. I haven't eaten McDonald's in a long time and it was a quick meal. But its way worse than I have ever remembered.

Wow. I just went through the drive-through. The sweet young person at the cashier was very nice and the person who took my order, maybe the same person, also very nice. However, the person giving me the bag turned around and asked somebody if everything was in there and when they were told yes, they handed it to me. Regretfully, I did not open the bag to check myself. So. I get all the way home and I don’t have my french fries, and you know that’s the major reason to go to McDonald’s! So I called. The person who answered the phone, I think she said her name was Christina; she said it very quickly. I told her that I just came through the drive-through and did not get my french fries and she said, in a negative tone “if you wanna come back, we can replace it for you.” No apology at all. I asked nicely if it was OK if I come tomorrow and she said “that’s fine, what’s your name?” also in that tone, and when I told her, she hung up the phone. I mean, it’s fast food so I’m not expecting amazing customer service, but that was pitiful. I wonder if she was the manager? My cheeseburger bun was old and my pie was cold. It’s a shame. This is a small town and they don’t have lots of options.

I have ordered from this place multiple times on doordash and they always got my order wrong they were either missing something or gave me the wrong order like today March 13th 2025 I ordered a large diet Coke a large Hi-C two medium fries 3 McChickens and six-piece chicken nugget and they gave me everything but my large diet Coke they gave me a small Pepsi that's not even mine

I usually get fresh and hot food here that's always pretty good. The wait times longer, but I can't complain because the foods hot and edible. It's better than every other McDonald's in Lenawee county. Would you rather wait for something hot and edible or get the fastest service for food you'll end up throwing out?
Everyone complaining about it go to both McDonald's in Adrian or the one in Brooklyn. Then write a review. I'm not saying this one's perfect or doesn't mess up orders on occasion. I've generally had great food and service.

I have only been through the drive-thru, but every time I have been through, the service and speed of putting together my order has been great. The burgers and fries are always fresh, and the employees are always friendly. I'd also like to add that the sandwhiches are always put together so that they are not messy to eat while you are driving. I'm a satified customer, and will be a repeat customer

I don’t like to leave bad reviews, but this place is going down hill. This used to be one of the best McDonald’s and now the workers are rude. We got there hot fudge sundae which we have been getting for years and is our favorite, and the past 3 times they have shorted us and made it not worth the $4. We went today and ended up coming back through the line because there was a drop of fudge and the ice cream was filled half way of the cup. When we asked them to remake it the workers working you could see where making fun of us and making side comments. A specific blonde hair girl was trying to make it very known also. We will just start going to Adrian or Brooklyn.

Horrible service , people like robots and never want to assist people I watched a elderly lady stand and wait for a long time as people went by here putting in there orders. Sad non caring employees...tables dirty as well
Luke warm food just like any other McDonald's but with terribly slow service. Dined in and was not given my cup and had to stand at the counter for 15-20 minutes before anyone noticed me. It's so sad how restaurants like this really tend to neglect their front counters now.

In drive thrue was asked to wate one minute for them to take my order wateed over ten minutes. While 6 car had thare order taken in the other lane was never checked back in on or even got my order taken ended up with 2 Dubble wopper meal from the burger King down the street BK had only 2 workers but thay were honest polite and actually took my order
