I ordered the same thing I always ordered and normally I get correctly on the app. But today I ordered my normal drink, a salted caramel cold brew with no ice, and my husband was nice and picked it up for me. Except this time, which was my birthday drink btw, there was ice in the drink. I doubled checked the sticker and it shows no ice. Needless to say today I am disappointed.
Like I said in the past you guys do a good job so I’m very sad by this

I wish there was a 4.5 star because I love this place but my drinks are always 60% Icr you would think since it’s 6$ you would get more drink.

Everytime I go in there the staff are always rude. Like today I asked about a flavor of a cake pop. And the lady responded with a very snarky attitude and said there’s signs there. If I had seen the signs I wouldn’t have asked for the flavors. I will probably never go to this Starbucks again. I’ve given multiple chances and I just don’t want to be treated with disrespect anymore.

Without a doubt the best Star Bucks I’ve ever been to. It’s only one I will go to. I’m always treated like family every time I go there and I go there 3 to 4 times a day. If I didn’t like it I wouldn’t go that much all the girls are very friendly and kind I wish I could give them a 10 star rating.

I wish I could give the service at the Tecumseh Starbucks 6 stars. Anytime you are standing in a line watching a customer in front of you berate a service employee for something beyond their control and then the same employee greets you with a genuine smile and asks about your day, that is the sign of excellent customer service.In my experience, the staff at Starbucks sets themselves apart with efficiency, accuracy and a friendly attitude that isn't offered them back nearly enough.Starbucks may be overpriced, but I'm ok with that when everytime I visit the staff seems actually happy to see me.

Not only are they frequently out of products at this location but the staff have the personality of a brick. Not kidding, each one of them. I’m not sure if they aren’t being compensated well or if they really just don’t like their job but interacting with them is as awkward and uncomfortable as asking Planned Parenthood for maternal advice. Thankfully for all of us, today was my last visit as this location.
The last two pumpkin spice Frappe’s I ordered had no taste whatsoever. The 2nd time I should have refused it. So disappointed to spend over $8 and then not enjoy it. ?

Paige is my favorite barista, always has a smile when I see her in the morning & hooks me up with my Venti Water when I mobile order. The location is a welcome bonus to a tired mom of a toddler & baby - perfect to stop on my commute to work after daycare drop off. I have never had a bad drink & have had the moment made when I ordered a drink wrong & the baristas helped me fix the order & remade my drink.

Walked up to the counter and they just ignored me, with 4 people working. I went to Tim Hortons down the street instead.
Katelynn was wonderful! She was fast and made small talk with me while she made my coffee. Favorite barista.
I’m leaving one star because I have to, but in reality, they don’t deserve even one. Since they’ve opened, I’ve yet to get a hot, hot drink. The staff is highly untrained as they will give you a “hot” coco instead of a mocha latte, again which is luke warm at best. Twice, mid day, I’ve went in to get regular coffee and it wasn’t made prior to my order…I haven’t complained or let the staff know as they are completely uninterested in both appeasing you or righting their wrongs. They’re always staring at their phones, leaning against the counter and completely unfriendly. I’ve given them a year of chances and they’ve never failed to disappoint. Don’t waste your money.
