I have come to this subway restaurant for years. Some weeks I come twice. The employees are never friendly; never smile. So many times I’ve come away with little to no veggies, a few strands of lettuce and onion or 2 or 3 jalapeños. It’s ludicrous what they charge based on what you get, and the attitude you get. I have lost count how many times the bread has been so stale it crackles in your hand. I mean hard as a rock bread. I never bring the sandwich back, I usually just eat it and deal with the poor quality but not today, I’ve had it. I took it back after one hard crunchy bite. Things are too expensive these days to put up with poor quality products. The employee behind the counter had the nerve to try and tell me they bake fresh bread every morning. That may well be true, but that bread was so stale it had to have been baked Saturday or Sunday. So not only do they lie, are stingy, and make a poor product, not one person said can I make you another sandwich?? The proper business thing to do would be to give a refund AND a remade sandwich along with an apology. They manager ran and hid behind the young woman doing his dirty work. Not one person looked me in the eye or apologized. A true sign of a trashy business. You have just lost the business of someone who probably spent $80 a month in your establishment. Never again.

Pro Tip: Wait until they put the meat on before asking for double meat. If you ask for double meat ahead of time, you'll get the regular amount, but you'll get charged for double.

This is usually the best subway in the county but it was filthy yesterday. Floors were dirty and tables needed cleaned. Staff was friendly and food was good as usual

Employees were very rude! And they were more worried about online orders than helping people in line. Waiting in line before the online order came in for 12 minutes. They don't accept coupons, so why send them out in the mail??

This subway is always a joke. Terrible service and crappy employees. In fact the one on 52 in adrian is the same. The one in clinton is even worse. Oddly enough the best subway around here is the one in the walmart in adrian.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this isn’t the first time this has happened here so I couldn’t hold back. They literally made my turkey sub so disgusting and sloppy tonight, there was so much baja chipotle that it was soggy and basically inedible—it covered the entire outside of the sandwich when I opened it and everytime I took a bite, a bunch of sauce slopped out along with half the veggies to where I had to keep picking them up and putting them back in. It almost felt like they were playing a joke on me bc I couldn’t believe how soupy it was..this location is so inconsistent and all over the place. Definitely not giving Tecumseh Subway anymore chances!
So don’t understand why this subway has 3.6 stars. Because it’s probably the best one I’ve ever been to. My Subs have been made perfectly and the staff has always been very kind.

The Tecumseh Subway doesn’t chop its salads anymore…. So you basically get a bowl of veggies thrown together. The price doesn’t reflect the value for a breadless sub…
