Employees were very rude! And they were more worried about online orders than helping people in line. Waiting in line before the online order came in for 12 minutes. They don't accept coupons, so why send them out in the mail??

This subway is always a joke. Terrible service and crappy employees. In fact the one on 52 in adrian is the same. The one in clinton is even worse. Oddly enough the best subway around here is the one in the walmart in adrian.

I hardly ever leave reviews but this isn’t the first time this has happened here so I couldn’t hold back. They literally made my turkey sub so disgusting and sloppy tonight, there was so much baja chipotle that it was soggy and basically inedible—it covered the entire outside of the sandwich when I opened it and everytime I took a bite, a bunch of sauce slopped out along with half the veggies to where I had to keep picking them up and putting them back in. It almost felt like they were playing a joke on me bc I couldn’t believe how soupy it was..this location is so inconsistent and all over the place. Definitely not giving Tecumseh Subway anymore chances!

So don’t understand why this subway has 3.6 stars. Because it’s probably the best one I’ve ever been to. My Subs have been made perfectly and the staff has always been very kind.

The Tecumseh Subway doesn’t chop its salads anymore…. So you basically get a bowl of veggies thrown together. The price doesn’t reflect the value for a breadless sub…
Would be a zero. Explanation of what they did wrong double down and did not fix issues.

I asked for a ham and turkey salad. I understand that they don't do chopped salads anymore but was not expecting that the ham and turkey along with shredded cheese to be placed in the lid and moved down the line. When it gets to the young man he puts the rest of the ingredients in then flips the lid over onto the bowl and hand's it to the Mgr (I assume). She puts it in the bag and when questioned about it she said this is what we do. I had the same salad from a truck stop that had a Subway and they cut everything except the lettuce and spinach. Very disappointing in my home town for service like this. Driving truck and dining in different places is a daily thing but will never go here again.

Vegetarian options: A lot of veggie options, as well as a veggie sub, but no meat substitutions.

I’ve gone to the subway many times. I kept wanting to give it a second chance because of past problems but the food today was AWFUL! The beef teriyaki sandwich that I ordered did not taste right and I threw most of it in the garbage. . I’m not sure if any of the ingredients were old or what. The amount of ingredients was also awful (maybe a good thing?) I do not plan on going back to the subway EVER again. This is unfortunate because I live in Tecumseh.
