My wife picked up dinner there tonight and I was not very impressed.

We had brisket, Mac and cheese, and Cole slaw. The brisket and Mac and cheese had good flavor, but both were really dry. Cole slaw tasted prepackaged similar to KFC.

Maybe we went on a bad night. Thanks to the flavors I would be willing to try again.

Sunset Ridge BBQ Today I had the brisket platter, and it was solid. The fat on the brisket was rendered beautifully—sweet, with just the right amount of sear for that perfect touch of crisp. The main portion of the meat fell apart effortlessly, and the overall presentation of the platter looked great. Big ol piece of cornbread and you’ve absolutely nailed the mac and cheese—spot on. Always good...never disappointed. I go for the brisket, but ribs, turkey and wings are all great choices. BBQ Mike does it all well. Don't leave without trying the peach bbq sauce, the best!
