If you often order through the Taco Bell app and either pick it up inside, or through the drive-thru, be sure to check and see if all you're good is there. Almost every time I have placed a mobile order and picked it up, there has been something missing. Sometimes it's something as small as the cheese cup, and sometimes it's a whole burrito. Service is kind of slow at times, and can have very grumpy workers occasionally. Food has never been a problem, just check what you actually got in the bag!

I ordered carry out at 1:20pm and it said to get there at 1:37pm. I was there and it wasn’t busy but the workers just stood there and talked to the drive through people for 30 minutes and than it took 15 extra for my food , I was late and they denied to give me a refund so I just left but when I left they got the 3 tacos ready so I did take it but ridiculous!

I haven’t been to this location in a long while. I went through the drive through. The line went quick. The order was correct. The tacos were made right. I haven’t been to Taco Bell in a long time because they eliminated enchiritos and tostadas.

This taco bell is awful. They ignore people in the lobby, they assist drive through customers first. They are rude, not sure what's going on here. The shift leader screamed at me for getting a refill. Said I contaminated HIS drink machine because I took the cup outside and back in!!!! Very rude! I wanted to throw the cup at him he was so rude, screamed at me in front of everyone. However, I'm better than that! I would give a name but none of them wear name tags so they can be like this. If I ever have this encounter again I'll be taking a picture of him, I don't really care. Unfortunately I am in here a lot because I doordash! I'D NEVER EAT HERE MYSELF, and I won't be buying anymore drinks here either!

The staff here have always been good to me. They've given my dog treats, and do a good job handling busy hours.

I frequent taco bell and work in Saline / Ann arbor area, and I'll go out of my way to avoid others and go to this location on the way home because of how much better the service is compared to my other choices. My orders correct, the food is what I expect and my drink isn't flat or watered down.

Solid food choice for a quick bite to eat when I'm looking for some Tex/Mex food, Leanne is one of the best when it comes to customer service! I've been to a lot of different food places in my life and I always remember the awesome people. 😊

I haven’t seen a worse Taco Bell. Had the worst customer experience thanks to the manager!!! She had brown hair and was missing some teeth. The bathrooms were trashed with toilet paper all over the floor and dirty sinks. The food I ordered took 15 mins and the food was cold. They also messed up my order multiple times. I ordered extra sour cream on all of my food and paid for the extra to not receive any sour cream on my food. This place needs new management with better experience. This place is a dump.

Manager weird as f thinking I’d lie about missing a cheesy roll up. Felt like she was calling me poor for that one. Even looked in my bag that contained my burrito so I don’t get why she thought I’d choose to eat the roll up and lie about that. It’d be smarter to lie about the burrito. Alas, I did not lie at all. Just wanted my roll up. Manager 0/10, crusty dusty and rude.

Being interrogated this afternoon after not receiving my $1 cheesy roll up was not on my
2025 bingo card. also the manager asked me to hand her my bag as if I can’t clearly see it’s not in there?? Accused me of eating it and coming back around. Are you serious lady? Not managing anything besides my cheesy roll up she was planning on eating later.

Dinner /lunch options were decent, but why be open so early and now use the breakfast menu. I'm from out of town and stopped there way before, but apparently, the location chooses not to serve breakfast .
