After trying to give these guys a chance over and over again I’ve had enough. I used to go here every single morning for months years ago. Recently I’ve wanted to try going again but can’t stand getting my order messed up every single time. I order vanilla cream cold brew with no cold foam. The cold foam takes up 50% of the drink which is why I order it with none. The last 5 times I’ve gone here I’ve had to hand it back or go inside to get my proper order. I won’t be returning.

That's not fair at all. You have no idea what could have been going on that day.And if you've never worked in food service, do us all a favor and DON'T REVIEW AT ALL!Anyway let me tell you my experience and yes I've worked in the food service for years in my younger days.The most important thing to me about any place is the interaction of person to person. And I mainly mean when I pull up to the window and pay and receive my food.I give the drive thru speaker some grace because they're often not near a screen or doing other things to make sure every customer gets taken care of fast and efficiently.So let me just say I have never been greeted without a smile or a kind word. So anytime they've made a mistake, and in my case there's been so few I can't remember them specifically, all my cares and worries were put to rest by a very friendly and caring staff.And I honestly can't say that for the rest of the food establishments in this town. I would say most of them are hit and miss with the kind caring demeanors and depends on what time of day you go.I've been to this location at all hours of the day and again was always greeted with a smile and exceptional service.I would like to give a shout out to the morning crew and say that you guys are on top of it! A line of ten cars can be gone in just a few minutes. That deserves applause :)Take it from me. You may remember the food mistakes for a while but you'll remember a nasty person for a lifetime.And for those of you that want PERFECT food that never changes or expect staff to never be short handed, COOK IT YOURSELF!This place does their best and that's more than good enough for me.God bless all of the employees and managers.Don't sweat the small stuff. I ordered a vanilla cream cold brew with three sugars & extra vanilla. There was no sugar in the coffee and I can barely taste the vanilla. They barley put ice in it which means my drink will get warmer instead of being cold..

Me and my work partner stopped for brunch ordering in the drive thru. While making the order I had to repeat myself several times with a simple order. We ordered coffee with our meals. I noticed that my coffee wasn't as I ordered on the screen and told the attendant. She assured me it would be added in the coffee. We paid 21 dollars for the 2 meals which were both wrong after several times repeating it. The food was not cooked appropriately either. The bagel was hard and cold. It had bacon instead of sausage like I ordered. My work partner ordered a Chipotle steak wrap just as it comes. There was no vegetables in it. It Clearly was not as she ordered. This was the worst experience with this branch I have had so far.

Like this place.. but sometimes they are closed when we come through (and it's not closing time)and not always do they have my unsweet tea. It's my favorite spot for tea when they have it. Sometimes they tell me it's too late for tea and it's only five. Never understood it but they are still at least a 3 star on a good

Its hard these days with short staffing being everywhere but this location performs the best compared to the others in the area. At 6:20 i tried to enter and doors were locked, lady at counter shook her head at me and then ignored me.I like tim hortons but this branch sucks, another covid excuse. If your not open during the hours you post, CHANGE YOUR HOURS SO PEOPLE DON'T WASTE THERE TIME.

I'm so disappointed the espresso machine has been broken for over 3 weeks. Every time I have visited this location (6 or 7 times) in that time frame they haven't been able to make any lattes. It's a coffee shop! Corporate can't send them a new machine or a repair tech?
