So sad that they didn’t want to spend the time to make potato’s. I heard them in the back talking about how they take hours and he didn’t bother. The girl upfront tried to make it better but you can’t substitute anything else for fries.

I've been to this place a few times now. On one of those visits, I did, in fact, get decent service first thing in the morning.

My bet, however, is that this place employs a skeleton crew. They took 40 minutes of my time in the drive-thru last night after I placed a mobile order and then they got my entire order wrong, except for the drink, and even then they didn't give me a straw or napkins. Considering it would have taken me that long again to fix it, I just drove away and ate the food they put in the bag instead. It's not the workers' fault that the drive thru took so long, it's the franchise owner's fault.

Hire some more people so you're not making Tecumseh residents wait half an hour for an incorrect burger at 8pm, please.

Pulling us forward when we are the only car in the drive thru just so the timer stops and looks good is very dishonest.

Do not go here if you're in any kind of rush like on lunch break. Foods good and I was offered a free cookie or frosty, but I'm my opinion it's not worth the 10 to 15 minutes of waiting.

would have been ok but i guess they messed up my drink and didn't have the space to my nuggets when there called saucy nugs I wanted a strawberry lemonade and got an unsweetened tea I got no straw in the bag. I used doordash where there responsible for handling the food and product I don't blame the dasher

your staff had me pull forward in the drive thru to wait for my food with no one behind me. no one else showed up while i waited and it didn’t take very long. i’ve worked fast food enough to know that if your employees feel the need to manipulate drive thru times, there is likely a major issue with management.

no issues with the food and the employee was kind. i was just dumbfounded.

Our food was horrible!!! We asked for ketchup only on our sons burger which came with everything on it. The burgers were dried up shoe leather that was cold and gross. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!

Stopped by this morning for breakfast. Ordered the breakfast baconator and it came with no egg?!? Lol it was still good but not what I ordered. On top of that the potatoes were cold when I got them. The service was okay they were nice and fast but didn't get my order right at all.
