Kiosk order for mocha frappe no whip no chocolate. Paid for waiting unusually a long time. Came out an iced coffee. Told the attendant, and he quickly and without hesitation remade a Carmel frappe with whip and Carmel sauce. Not wanting to wait, we took both and headed out. Gheesh, guys!

Every time ive come to this mcdonalds the fries are cold, oversalted, and sandwiches haphazardly thrown together. This location has a bunch of teens that couldnt care less about their job and act stoned and look at you for answers as if they dont know how to do their job and have an "oh well" attitude. 2 pick up orders ive placed took 30 minutes to receive. One of which i actually had to go inside and ask for it because and the app said they gave it to me. Literally the worst mc donalds ive ever been to.

Terrible experience, my family and I were coming back from vacation, already had a bad night and we paid for a coffee and other food and they didn't have anything ready and had to wait 30mins when it's a fast food restaurant. And the staff cussed us out for it. Not recommended.

How come it seems like the ice cream and frappe machine is always down. It never fails that after waiting in a long line and you place your food order and ask for a frappe instead of soda, they say sorry our machine is down today.
I came to McDonald’s to order food until my husband told me he seen an employee come out from the men’s bathroom didn’t wash his hands and no soap was in there and did nothing about it. The though of the employee using the bathroom and scratching his scin and what not and then goes back to make food made my stomach hurt.

Waited over 20 minutes at the counter for our food and when we got it it was wrong. So we waited another 10 minutes in a line of people with the wrong food. Every table in this establishment was dirty and the ketchup dispenser had fruit flies all around it. Can't believe McDonald's allows this!
