Would it kill the afternoon/evening female drive-thru attendant to smile and say hey, or thank you, or anything other than giving the annoyed look and zero words before closing the window that I've received twice this week now?
I went through the drive thru and spent maybe 10 minutes in total. My food was hot and fresh. They made sure my food was allergen free as well which is a major plus in my book. The staff were friendly and polite.
How come it seems like the ice cream and frappe machine is always down. It never
fails that after waiting in a long line and you place your food order and ask for a frappe instead of soda, they say sorry our machine is down today.
