Not sure why all the hype about this place. I had scrambled eggs with biscuits and gravy. I asked for the eggs to be scrambled "soft". They were way overcooked and not soft at all. The biscuits and gravy were pretty institutional. They had very little sausage and the gravy was thin and watered down. Prices were good though. They don't have a lot of competition in the area, maybe that is why everyone talks about them.
Food was excellent (picky grands ate it) Donna was cooking. Service was excellent, timely and efficient, Teri was are server. We really enjoyed ? Very affordable, friendly atmosphere ?
I like this cafe. The food is really pretty good. They have great pancakes. I think they need to schedule their help a little better. Slow service the last few times I have come in. Only one server, and as far as I can tell, only one person in the kitchen. They do the best they can, but it can be really slow.
