Dang! In visiting from Dallas where the bar is set very high for Mexican food and was really impressed. Everything handmade and homemade in house the Chicken El Pastor was fantastic and the “gringa” was a fun twist with the grilled cheese on the tortilla. Great tacos, enchiladas, chips and salsa. Will be back because of the amazing work they are doing in the kitchen!

I am a native Texan and moved here for work. When I was waiting to pick up one of my kids, I found this little Taqueria and ordered a Burrito, and it was the best Mexican food I have had in YEARS. Flavors, seasoning, balance of ingredients, all incredible. I can't say that I will not eat at other Mexican restaurants... but I will be thinking about Carnales Taqueria Temperance when I do.

Have been going here every time we crave good Mexican food. Always a great environment, wonderful employees, and delicious food. My fiance is Mexican, and he swears the rice is nearly as good as his grandmother's homemade recipe. Never had issues with orders, food is always hot and tasty. Love them!
