Ordered butter parm roma on crust and 2 garlic butters didn't get them but I did get what at the very least was a beard hair baked into our cheesy bread... and was just told ok at the end of letting them know. No apology no nothing .

The pizza was terrible. Very little sauce and very dry. This is the second time and the last. The employees were overwhelmed so had very little patience with customers.

Pathetic. Showed up 10min AFTER it said my online order was ready (because I know better to begin with). When I arrived I was told my we were waiting on my *cinnamon squares*. 20min later we finally made a pan that I can finally take home with my pizza that's been sitting ON TOP OF the heat lamps for the entire 20min I've been sitting in this cramped lobby with 2 chairs and 6 people waiting for orders. I guess I have to learn how to make my own pizza now because no one in this town can do it right.

This is by far the worst Marcos in the area. Ordered at 5:45 to be ready for pickup at 6:05. Food wasn't even in the oven when I arrived at 6. It seems as of the staff completely forgot that there was five customers standing in the lobby waiting on their food or waiting to be helped at all. Several employees were seen on their cell phones. After this review I should really consider contacting the health department for the lack of gloves worn by employees

My family orders from this Marcos in Temperance all the time. However recently we have ordered on 2 separate occasions and given the wrong food. Tonite our order arrived and some had grabbed bieces before I realized again we got the wrong pizza. I called to speak with someone but due to the horrible phone service they have I could not hear anything the lady was saying. I understand things happen but when you cannot even have a conversation to have the issue rectified it is rediculous. Please get your phones fixed!!

Ordered a pizza and cinnamon squares, there was a little issue with the cinnamon squares, so I called and they were super helpful and kind on the phone and then immediately brought us a new one and a free two liter. Also the pizza was delicious, as usual!

Ordered online, got there to find out they only have diet soda and NOTHING ELSE. As well as they forgot to put the butter garlic on the crust as ordered. C'mon now, I would have got food somewhere else had I known this is what I was paying for.

This is by far the best pizza in town. It may be a chain restaurant, but I believe this marcos is a franchise one, and although the prices are a little higher, it shows in the food. The pizza is by far better than any other marcos, and I recommend this place to any who love great pizza.
