I’ve been here multiple times and all the food in the party is always amazing. I also dream about their corn bread it’s so good. The reason for 4 stars is the service is ok/good it’s not amazing or something to be remembered.

I went kind of later in the night and asked if there was still time to be seated and eat and the hostess replied “ yeah if you order in 5 minutes” I said oh well that’s fine sure I can do that. She got slightly annoyed it seemed and seated our table of 3. Once seated our waitress was a lot nicer while we were ordering. Fast forward we get our food and half of it is cold and has no flavor ( hence why the steak is doused in steak sauce). Have you ever eaten slight cold steak… it’s not great. The green beans you can tell were from frozen not fresh, and the mac’n’cheese absolutely bland (it looked so good I was really disappointed). As we’re eating it’s getting closer to closing time, but we’re not the only table in there with people still seated, they start turning off all the tvs and bringing the receipt. No one was offered a refill at all and we all had empty cups about half way through. All in all it was not what was expected and I probably won’t be back

Absolutely phenomenal food! Service is incredible and the owner is one of the nicest people you could ever meet! Highly recommend giving this place a try if you haven't yet, you'll be happy you did!

Placed an online order. Ribs extremely overcooked. Not st. Louis cut unless some weirdo defines removing tips from spare ribs as such. Mac/cheese was lousy. Baked beans were good; thanks Bush's!
We had a birthday lunch yesterday and I had a brisket sandwich with onion rings. That sandwich was so dry and tasteless I would give it less than one star. I put 2 cups of sauce on it so I could eat it. Worst brisket I ever had in my long life. Boy did I make a bad choice.

This little hidden gem just up in Michigan from Toledo is one of my favorites. Restaurant is clean and a cute charm, food is so good and friendly service. This is our go to to BBQ.
