This place has a lot of bad reviews from the past but this is our second week getting pizza from here and my mind is blown this is by far the best pizza we have had in a very very long time. The manager said she just recently took the store over and to let us know if we ever have a problem. We greatly appreciate that

Had a bad phone experience and missing the sides of Cajun and marinara. Manager made everything right by giving me a discount and giving me free brownie bites. Food was delicious

After a two plus hour wait on our first delivery order about a month ago. This was our free pizza tonight, which also took over an hour and 20 minutes to get delivered. DONE!

Awesome pizza

Ordered a Mac and Cheese deep dish pizza. 2 bites in I realized it was weird. The whole top of the dough was raw, gooey raw dough. It's the nastiest thing I've ever got from any restaurant. Fingers crossed I don't get sick from it. They offered a credit, and the manager politely attempted to resolve it but this is absolutely ridiculous.

Pizza and bread should have cost $20.86. But was charged $26.17. Mgr couldn't explain the higher cost nor do anything about it. Not going back!!!!

Got 2 pizzas and bread for close to $50, which normally I'm OK with. Both pizzas had about 2 and 1/2 inches of crust!! The taste was 100% there (good job vitos employees) for the minimal I actually got to taste. We MAY give them another chance down the road(probably not after this mess), but if I ever get more crust than anything else, I'll NEVER get vitos again!!!!

And we paid for extra dipping sauce and extra garlic dipping sauce, didn't even get the ones that were supposed to come with it originally.

Side note, it was 25 minutes past the ETA to boot.....

Delivery guy was very rude after my wife didn't answer the door as quick as he wanted after he knocked on both my front door and side door and kept switching as if that was my wife's fault, get a different job if you don't like it
