Food was good, server was poor. We should have gone into town for a better dinner experience.

We checked in after a long travel day and we were starving !! I was concerned with the wait and the manager Anthony stepped up and gave us a few options for seating. He sat us in the bar because it happened to have an open table! He apologized over and over again and thanked us for our patience! I can’t thank him enough for not only accommodating but going above and beyond to thank us and make sure we were taken care of. Great experience!

Service was pretty good, but the food was not great at all. Ordered the walleye and it arrived with risotto and both were flavorless. I also had a side of asparagus, which was surprisingly good! That’s where the compliments stop because we also ordered the grill cheese dippers, which showed up as a basic grilled cheese cut into sections with marinara sauce. I ended up ordering a basic burger, because I couldn’t finish the walleye (how can you screw up walleye!?!).

Please do yourself a favor and pass on this place if you are looking for a good tasting meal. (Sorry, only had a pic of the grilled cheese before I sent the walleye back. Still paid, just not good)

This is my second year in a row getting sick after eating breakfast at this place. Ate breakfast here and barely made it back to my hotel room. Its now 3 (7.14.25) days later and im still having stomach issues.

We were perhaps never given a waitress so we finally asked. Igloo waitress kindly brought us water. It might have been 20 minutes. **Finally our waitress appeared and we were ready to order it all by that point. My blue drink was delicious but $10 for 95% ice is lame. When food came I was going to ask for more catsup but waitress returned when food was 80% gone. First time I ever added salt to a burger (no mayo, catsup, or mustard). tiny catsup given for fries. The fries were odd; a halfway point between chips and fries. My husband’s fish was great. My burger would have been good but majorly needed sauces and salt. Biggest complaint was wait staff seemed completely unaware and needs to understand timing. Greet customers within a couple minutes and check back after food is delivered, within a couple minutes. Make yourself available. It was not relaxing. We spent far too much for the service we got in a not busy setting.

Very nice place. Beet salad wad good. Also had the chicken pot pie. Interesting that the pot pie was in a bowl and the crust was separate, but tasty.

Dietary restrictions: Some gluten free items.

Casual eatery for family, friends and everything in-between. Small bar inside with two TVs. Indoor and Outdoor seating available. We had the Bourbon Burger and Tacos. Service was good and kitchen was relatively quick with serving meals. There is a nearby ice cream hut for after dinner sweets.

We ordered to go because it was about to close. We got into the room and one of the bags had the wrong order. The restaurant was kind enough to drop the correct order to the place where we were staying at the resort (met the server halfway and was very apologetic). I think the food was great.

Great food and great atmosphere! We went when it was not too busy and we couldn’t be happier! Our waitress was very nice, the food didn’t take long to get to us, and the supervisors were coming around and talking with the customers and being friendly.A great experience overall!

This is the main restaurant at Crystal Mountain Resort, located in a building adjacent to the Inn at the Mountain. The food is standard fare and pretty decent quality. Breakfasts were the highlight here, with a wonderful buffet spread that we all enjoyed. The staff here were very pleasant, but they seem to be a bit understaffed (like many restaurants) because we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated for dinner even though there were only 3-4 full tables. I feel bad for the staff who are keeping the place going!
